Sandwich Shop Soup Salad

Sorry but manager was not friendly, food was ok but not worth it at the experience rated poor

By far my favorite place to get lunch on campus. Their sandwiches are excellent.

The food is good, at least when they actually have it in stock. Half the time when I go there for Caesar salad, they say they’re out of it and they will not make any more that day. You need to actually have your products available something more than half the time, otherwise customers like me won’t bother wasting our time coming all the way into the building to find out what we want is not available.

The staff is always friendly, and their sandwiches are great.

Great bakery and soup selection.

After waiting for my sandwich for 15 minutes and then waiting in line to pay for 10 minutes, my Monday morning did not get much better... first a clarification: VT mealplans, no matter what size, are NOT half off unless you spend all of it and ADD money on. For example, a $500 mealplan gives you $250 dining dollars. Then, purchases at the register are half off. What it equates to is $1.00 = $1.00. This is very relevant to my experience at ABP, where I just ordered a turkey/roast beef/guacomole sandwich and a small bowl of cheddar broccoli soup, which cost me $17.07. Even Panera Bread, notorious for pricey sandwiches and soups, wouldn't even charge HALF of that. Lets see, instead of this sandwich, what else can I get with $17.07? >2 burritos at the chipotle less than 200 feet away, a variety of different drugs, a full CASE of beer, ~4 packs of cigarettes, a football, a frisbee, a haircut... BTW at minimum wage that takes over 2 hours to earn. I worked for over 2 hours... for a sandwich... Later on I realized that their stupid ipad machine got the meats on my sandwich wrong. Instead of roast beef, I got pastrami. The sandwich was nicely sized but also soggy, as if one of the employees spilled water on it and was like "**** it, not my problem" Who knows? Terrible. TERRIBLE.

Way over priced.
