Ordered food today from this Wendy’s via the drive thru. After barely being able to communicate with staff over the speaker. I pulled to the front to get my sandwich; NO APPLE PAY! Just freaking annoying That I drove 15 minutes and wasted gas for a number 6 and a frosty for “we have no Apple Pay”. Who runs this location? Read the flippin reviews. Make stuff right.
Food was good got the new spicy sweet chicken sandwich combo, excellent flavor . Food was served in a fast manner everyone was nice , will go again
Slowest drive thru line in all of Virginia. Good food, extremely slow staff. Pick up the pace guys, this isn’t slug sloth turtle racing.

Worst Wendy’s around. Slow service while staff does not speak fluent English. Fries are not hot and fresh like others. Even asked to have a sandwich freshly made and they couldn’t do that. Last time coming here.‘ Place is empty for a reason. Avoid..
Every time you go here and use the drive through, the service is slow. This is supposed to be fast food. This location should be called slow food.
I did mobile carry out order for ASAP which should have been ready on shelf. There is no shelf, you have to wait for someone to come to the front, they pick up a paper slip then they make ur orderAFTER you get there and flag someone down. Noone was manning the front/cash registers of the store. Then the order was wrong they said I had 2 kids meals, when I had one kids meal and one 4for 4$. Guy kept arguing with me, laughed at me and finally gave me my missing items as if he was giving it to me free. 25 minutes after promised time. They clearly have staff issues here, some can’t read. I’ve had problems at this location before. I won’t be going back.

Their times for drive thru can seem a little slow. However, the food prep and temp more than make up for the slow times. We also need to keep in mind the major imbalance between dine-in v. drive thru. Keep up the great work.
Good breakfast specials but overall food prices are high for fast food.
