I asked for 2 dobles and they gave me one doble and one cheese burger and I asked for 10 pieces of nuggets and I got only 8 nuggets they give really bad service
Overall it is a great place and they really try to help customers to their best ability and I know some people say that they are very forgetful and that they don't do their job right but they are often very busy and due to COVID-19 there is a shortage on staffing not just here but basically everywhere so when you go be patient because you may see one thing from the front of the restaurant but what is going on in the back could be completely different put yourself in their shoes and think about the days that you are busy at work and have meetings all day long and don't get any time to yourself I'm not saying they can't improve because we all should but treat them how you would want someone to treat you patient and respectful
The best Wendy's I've found so far! My wife and I ordered meat calzones. They were baked to perfection. I wish I had taken a picture, but all I could think of at the time was digging in. So much melted cheese! We couldn't finish them, so we happily took the rest home.
The guy who work at the cashier toady March 9 at 6 pm , he is a tall guy , he is very rude and mean , I just want to check with him if the order is ready to wait and pick it up if is not ready then I will go to pick up my other order at other restaurant across street and come back to pick my order , He talked to me nasty, end up by canceling the order . and this the second time he the same person be mean and rude to me , terrible customer services .
Completely understaffed. Went inside to order. Stood there for 5 minutes for one of the workers to finally look around and rudely say, “We’re closed inside.” There’s no sign posted anywhere saying that. Nothing. Just overall bad service and no sense of urgency or care for customers.
They seemed very short staffed so it took forever to get my food and the order was wrong but it tasted really really good
They constantly mess up my order or give me cold food
Tasted fresh. Crispy fries. Could use a lighter touch with the mayo. I realize this is a good example of classic American burger fast food. I think McDonald's is better marketed but not really quality meals.

Generally pretty good, mixes up orders maybe 1 in 5 times.
