Put ingredients that I was allergic to on the burger and when I brought it up they said it was my fault even though on my receipt it explicitly said NO for that that ingredient. Rude manager and when it was corrected for that issue , it was once again missing other toppings. Meat was cold and disgusting. Never eat here.
Love this place. This is not baseball for me, but if it was, every burger I've ever had from Wayback is a home run.
THREE STRIKES AND YOU’RE OUT!!! Today is the last day I will patronize this place. The restaurant has gone downhill and I won’t be surprised if they are shutdown within 6 months. Save your money and go around the corner to Five Guys or even McDonald’s to get what you ask for and your money’s worth. I agree with the previous review also the place had a horrible smell a month ago and I turned around and left. I won’t be back any more!!!Update— And to the restaurant mgmt: Please don’t waste your time responding to this review with one of your canned responses, take your own advice and DO BETTER!
We love the burgers! Our grandsons love the fries, shakes, and the tater tots. Marta is always ready to greet the boys and make their visit special!
Thought I’d support the smaller guys and boy do I regret it. The place smelled awful upon entry which was a warning in it’s own despite looking clean. Despite that, ordered a single patty which costs near 7 bucks. Lettuce was old, basic potato bread bun, uncooked chopped onions, and a small patty was enough to make me never come back. No wonder place was empty. Easy pass
Online says they open at 11. Their door says they open at 11. It's 11:06 and the lights are off and door is locked. Wanted to try this place out, but looks like it's not in the cards today!
I love this place. The burgers are delicious. They have the best onion rings. Their milkshakes are lovely. The burgers are amazing. Did I mention the burgers? Just rich and a bit oily in a decadent way that means I try not to go more than once or twice a month. But I do try to go once or twice a month.
Hot ,fresh, and delicious. Hard to beat with decent prices.
