Frequent customers to Viet Fire. Their beef pho broth and clay pot dishes are outstanding. The bahn mi bread will make you melt in your seat. I tried the Vietnamese Beef Stew (not pho) and damn is it delicious. The broth is flavorful, the ox tail was cooked perfectly and the accompanying bread was a perfect addition - I had to ask for more bread it was so good.Disregard all the fluff from other reviews by customers who actually have never been to this establishment. Classic example of a bot army supporting a single patrons wrong opinion. If you look at most of the bad reviews from 2021, they’re from people who live nowhere near this area.Protect this fine Vietnamese establishment and come try a bowl of Pho or a Bahn Mi ASAP!
Wow! I popped in over the weekend for takeout & I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the garden spring rolls which are fantastic, I would go as far to say the best I've ever had. So good, I went back again the day after for more. They are served with a creamy peanut sauce & my favorite a spicy chili sauce. I consider myself a connoisseur of sauces & this sauce ranks on the top of my list. It has a tang that backs up with a punch of heat. It's pretty amazing. I also ordered the seafood stir fry. The flavors in this dish are very dimensional, authentic & delicious! So much that I ate the rest for breakfast the following morning. Since I ordered takeout, the shrimp cooked a bit longer in the container ... I wish I had opened it a bit but nevertheless, it was a great dish. Nothing to ding the chef on. I wish I had found this little gem sooner. I'm moving out of state in a couple of weeks & gonna miss out on this wonderful food. I hope to try more before my departure & wish Viet Fire Kitchen all my best!
Had a great experience at this small restaurant. The food was good and the service was cordial. They checked on us several times and served the food in a timely manner. The taste was good. I'm not a big fan of containers with sauces on the table with the little spoon, it was messy. I prefer the squeeze bottles instead.
Visited Virginia from Chicago and was so glad to come across this place. This was my first time trying pho and it was spectacular. It was so hearty and rich and the broth was so flavorful and aromatic. I don’t remember the names of our dishes but we enjoyed them and they were a very fair price. Our food arrived quickly and the staff was very kind, we had a heart-to-heart conversation with one of the servers. They played Vietnamese cooking videos and we loved watching them while we ate.
The food was delicious, all the drinks and food was excellent. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Sooo glad to have a great Vietnamese restaurant close by!! Will visit often
Tried the Pho, the broth tasted fresh and paired with heaping pile of fresh herbs as garnish creates a deeply flavorful soup. Perfect for cold days.
The new favorite viet restaurant in the area. Food is authentic, flavorful, and fresh. Restaurant is new and clean with a nice aesthetic. Should've taken more pics but here's the rundown of some of my fav dishes today:1. Bo Tai Chanh (beef in lime salad/sauce) - basically thinly sliced beef ceviche style where it's cooked by the acidity of lime juices in herbs served over salad2. Pho Ap Chao Thap Cam (pan fried noodles) - got the combo style which comes with veggies, shrimp, beef and chicken. Noodles are so fresh. Sauce is just right3. Shrimp Fried Rice (com chien tom) - perfectly fried. Rice was fresh. Pieces were crisped perfectly in a wok before being tossed with shrimp. Perfect texture and flavor4. Hot (Cast) Iron Pot Rice - let it sit so the rice can crisp on the bottom before eating. So good and the only place in the area that offers iron pot rice. Other places use clay pots which don't crisp up the same5. Try their salted lemon and passion fruit drinks. Think they use a jasmine tea as a base so it's extra fragrant!Read some atrocious reviews. Think this place is being trolled by some sad people.
I’m writing this as a local of Ashburn for 10+ years. Hands down one of the best eating experiences I have had in this area. Do NOT believe the biased negative reviews on here. This place has very fresh and tasty food for a reasonable price (large portions too). My family got the chicken stir fry and Pho and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
The pho was fantastic and full bodied! The brisket pho had lots of meat and so did the other phos my friends ordered. The teas were great and had a nice fresh fruit taste. The milk tea was really smooth and not overpowering. We were attended to very quickly and they were really nice.
