Hello, love the smoothies but I must say I found something extremely offensive today. I went to pay for my smoothie and it asks me for a tip option. My options are 15% 10% custom or no tip. I left a 10% tip and once it processed, the machine read bad tip. ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? This isn't a restaurant where employees work on 2.13hr relying on tips, this is an hourly paid employee place. This is the most ungrateful insulting thing I've seen in quite some time. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Do not get the fake chicken!! Tasted horrible and even the chicken itself looks suspicious. I wish I could’ve gotten a refund for the sandwich but the employee never answered my question saying if i could or not. I appreciate tropical smoothie trying to be plant based friendly, but please, choose a better plant based chicken brand.

Over the last 4 months I've been to this location 5 times and they have never gotten an order right, Anytime I ask for something to be left off, Its never left off it even looks like they added more.... and it's funny how the manager is magically never in the store so they claim they can't refund your money

They need more cup sizes. You can only get the regular size.

Could this location get any worse? I can only assume it mixer be for sale because it’s customer service has gone from bad to horrible. Orders are misplaced or just wrong . Ordering online is a joke because you have to pray they have no customers otherwise you have to keep repeating that you are waiting . They now have summer help who have no clue what they are don’t and employees who speak little to no English . The owner group is no longer around .

The absolute WORST experience ever!! We have hyper-sensitive dietary restrictions, so we ordered VEGGIE wraps, and they served us CHICKEN! The receipt said “NO CHICKEN” and the cashier was absolutely rude about admitting their mistake! Best part: we tried to request a partial refund and we were given the run-around. “Prove it” —really?? Of course there are slip-ups in the food industry, but throwing attitude to your customers will guarantee non-continued service. If you’re looking for a sign, this is it: don’t go to this Tropical Smoothie. You’re better off at a Robeks…

WOW. Several customers and they mix up orders, forget orders and forget orders. Just as I was using their app to order. Yesterday 2 orders for smoothies..I usually have a $16 order and they mess it up as well as my wife's Akai drink order. My hard earned $5 reward was wasted. When the owner Manager is there things run smoother...when she isn't there...trouble. looks like they also hires summer help so beware of your orders!!!!! From time to time i am in Reston which is much busier and have never once had an issue.
