I hesitate to share this because we won't find a seat, but we've visited the Zone twice since COVID and I have to give props to management for getting it right when they were short-staffed. They went to online ordering and the staff delivers to your seat based on where you scanned your QR code. We can put in notes and the food comes out just as you wanted it, is tasty, and timely. Not to mention, that the staff is always friendly and helpful. Both times we went, the pricing has been more than reasonable and we feel like we are getting the best bang for our bucks, especially since we're also spending money on the games. We will definitely be back. Keep up the great work!!
My kids love this place even though they’re a bit older now. It includes laser tag, bowling and arcades. Indoor restaurant included.
This is a fun experience; similar to Dave & Busters, but maybe a bit smaller. They have food drinks, video games, bowling, laser tag, and maybe more. The prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is about what you would expect: loud, but fun. The staff were pretty good. The one complaint that we had, and I get it, was that all ordering was done by phone. The waitress actually would not take our order. She was just there to deliver. There is some goodness to this, but it makes it feel very impersonal. That said, we all enjoyed the Zone, and our kids had a great time. I would definitely go back.
A very mini Dave & Busters but an overall good time. The wife and I had mimosas while the kids played video games, don't judge us it was a Sunday at noon... We had a good time. We did not eat there but not for any particular reason, we were more interested in the atmosphere and beverages which we enjoyed. I would recommend.
This is a nice place for a small birthday party. They have rooms upstairs for birthdays. My only gripe is that the birthday rooms are small. They fit 10 kids I believe. Wish it was bigger to hold adults and kids. Most adults had to stand. You can either have Lazer Tag or bowling time. My son choose Lazer Tag. You get 3 10 minute games with the Lazer Tag. They also have some fun games for the kids to play. There is also a bar area to drink, sit and eat. Overall I recommend this place is if only need a small party.
Celebrated my son's 7th birthday. The birthday package included bowling, but the day before the party the Manager informed me that another party had reserved the bowling lanes so we would not be able to bowl. They compensated us by allowing us to have 3 laser tag games vs just 1. Day of the party, we arrived and the place was a zoo! They were cleaning out our room when we arrived. We were assigned a party coordinator. After congregating in the party room, he took us to the laser tag room. Kids played 2 rounds with other kids who were also allowed to join. Nobody was there to monitor, half of the kids laser guns didn't work, so I had to go hunt someone down to fix that. While that was going on, I went to go see about our food and also to ask that drinks be delivered to our room because some of our guests who did not want to do laser tag were thirsty. The manager was running around from room to room. They had two or three parties going on at the same time. Our food arrived just in time as the kids were done with laser tag. They did not double cut the pizza slices per my instructions so I had to do it. The chicken wings came out with no sauces on the side, the quesadillas did not come with pico de gallo/sour cream/guacamole. No cutlery so our guests had to get creative while serving the apps themselves. I brought an ice cream cake and when it was time to cut and serve, no knife or spoons. Our coordinator found a knife, but no spoons. We ate with forks. All of this went unnoticed by the kids, of course, and they had a blast. At the end of the party, our coordinator came by to chill and talk with us. Very friendly HS kid. We left and on my way home I realized we were not given our party favors which were included in the party package - another BIG miss! Overall, it wasn't the worst birthday party experience we've had, but it could have been better. Execution was a bit sloppy, but at least everyone was friendly. I think they can improve their processes to make things more efficient for the coordinators which would result in a better customer experience.
Went for my son's 13th bday. Was able to book the restaurant a few days before on a Saturday. The manager & entire staff were extremely accomodating. The restaurant got slammed with people all at once. They were professional & curteous under the stress. We really had a great time!
I haven't been here in a while and it seems to have gone downhill a bit. Maybe they were short on staff but it was a little disorganized and wasn't very clean. The whole place smelled dirty and sanitizer was not working. Also, we had wanted to bowl and we tried to make a reservation online, which either they don't have or I just couldn't figure out. Tried to call but nobody answered.
