Customer for life. Weâve loved The Lost Fox for the food, ambience, and service ever since they opened but we celebrated my husbandâs birthday there last night and every SINGLE staff member wished him a happy birthday and the manager (as always) made it extra special. We bring everyone there and for good reason, the best.
With a small menu, I was disappointed that the thing I planned to order was not available.
Very, loud chaotic, and very hot. Our dinner reservation was indoors, but due to the open air bar on the other side of the restaurant, it was uncomfortably hot. So hot that our water was warm and our salads came out warm. Several of our dishes came out including ingredients not mentioned on the menu- two pasta dishes smothered in cheese which was a big disappointment to the dairy free members of our party. Our round of cocktails tasted more like mocktails for the price.. very disappointing since this seems to be a cocktail bar? For the second round we decided to go with wine, and upon asking for a recommendation our server let us know that she hasnât tried most of the wines and also mispronounced several wines from the list. We could barely hear her as it was with the loud music. Overall a horrible experience for the price, and wouldnât recommend this spot as there are so many better options in the area. Do not come here for drinks, and absolutely not an enjoyable dining experience either.
Food was excellent never got the cranberry juice from our server after asking 3 times. Caught another server and she brought it over immediately.
Our first visit for Friday date night, we enjoyed the creative cocktails, creative and tasty small plates. Comfortable booth and attentive, fast service. The joint was jumping on Friday night, but we were still able to hear to talk across the table. Weâll be back.

Cute spot in one loudon. Nice bartenders, food was okay. Gnocchi was too soft. Scallops were good!
Lost Fox is one of my favorite places to go ... I love the options for outdoor seating as well as the cozy fireplace room! The food and service is terrific ... thank you !
The music volume and base are horrible for anyone over the age of 15
The noise level was very loud making it hard to have a normal conversation. The inside dining area was very warm (it was a hot summer evening) - probably because of the constant door opening to service the outdoor diners. But the food and the service were excellent. Will definitely go again.
