I've been eating here since I moved to Broadlands back in Jan 2021. Quick meal since I live so close every now and again. I went last night around 9pm and woke up with food poisoning... Won't be going back to this location. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and the chalupa combo (beef). Don't do it.Edit 2 days later: Forgive me, I spoke wayyyyy too soon here. I do not believe I had food poisoning from the taco bell... I think there is a stomach virus going around as I was the only one to eat taco bell but there were 3 other individuals in my household who weren't feeling well on the same days. I'll be back taco bell LOL.
If you have time to “burn” go to this Taco Bell”. Busy or not people there just take their time. When you ask for sauce, first they’ll give you two or three. I really had to ask couple of times to get what I wanted. Well, it’s a fast food chain restaurant, these kind of things are expected.
They often FORGET to give the SAUCE PACKETS on an online order. I think they just don't read the order till the end. Very disappointing especially when u are a vegetarian and highly depend on their taste.
Very rude! I usually buy here..its normally a good location and the staff is ok. However, I got a rude worker today...didn't know how to operate the intercom system. Worker claims she didn't hear me....but I heard her. I went to the window and advised her nicely that they need to check the intercom. She being so rude so I just left. It’s silly that they make delivery drivers sit in the slow, long line. Also the orders are often wrong.
Extremely unprofessional rude employees. Clearly states according to the picture that the price of the Veggie Nachos Bell Grande is 4.49 v 4.69. This isn’t about the $0.20 but about the refusal to honor the price. The staff at the back laughing while I tried to make the point and it turned into an argument. Needless to say - THIS HAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED ME. TACO BELL PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES.
This Taco Bell generally, 99% of the time, gets my elaborate order correct. I have only had one instance where it was incorrect, but I live 6 miles from it, so I didn't go back. But hey, in the world of data food places that average is pretty darm high!
Took almost an hour to get through the drive through. The poor kids working there make 12 bucks an hour. Is this how you run your business?? You sell bread, beans, and nearly the lowest grade meat regulations say you can legally serve to humans. What gives??
Grungy, dark, dirty looking. Food was very basic yet expensive. Bad Ambience, Bad tasting Food and worst of all Really Bad Value for Money. Overall: 2/10
Food is standard Taco Bell, which is great. However, every time we get food here they forget at least one item, or give us the wrong item.
