Good food and great prices.This store was pretty clean and looked well maintained.Waited 10mins for food then was told it was going to be another 10mins.Half the staff was standing around up front for the first 10mins BSing with friends6/10/2022 Stopped by again service is still extremely slow with people waiting to order and no one on the front counter
Guy at the drive thru was rude af. Got annoyed at us for wanting a refund for messed up items that they said they couldn’t fix?

So I came to this location because I was traveling and staying in a nearby hotel. I ate here and within the first bite or two I noticed the tomatoes were incredibly sour. I spit them out and reported it to the store Mgr. She informed me she had just opened a new bag and no one else complained. (Which I took to mean she didn’t believe me) I also filed a complaint online through their website. They offered for me to come back in and remake my food. Since I wasn’t feeling well for a few days I didn’t go back in. Once I could keep food down, I went back to the location and the remade my order, again it was wrong and missing ingredients. The regional manager called me and stated how sorry she was and that they are looking into this matter, she took my address to send me a gift card to give them another chance.After providing her with it, I had to leave the country for a bit, when I returned I still had not received anything. I reached back out to her and asked her to send it again, she did not respond. I asked for a refund instead of a gift card. Then is when she reached out and stated she would send it again. It has been well over a month and I haven’t received anything. This gift card was the only way I was going to give TB another chance. After getting food poisoning and then basically pretending like it didn’t happen, I will not ever be returning to another TB again.
To be honest I didnt like Taco Bell before but recently I started to like the options they have and I recommend the quesadillas
Henry was working drive thru and he was so nice, happy, and positive that it made a long day of moving seem completely irrelevant. He truly made my day. All our food came out correctly and we received everything we ordered. Just moved to the area, and I'm glad the most convenient Taco Bell is also the best one I've ever been too.
This is my son's favorite place to eat so we get it at least once a week. The food always tastes fresh and is always correct.
The tacos were great, there was more beans on the nachos than meat, and the burrito was lacking. Customer service was OK.
This used to be my go-to Taco Bell spot but the quality of food and service has gotten extremely terrible! I've received wrong orders, cold food (that was supposed to be hot), and unpleasant service the last two times. Find another taco bell spot.
I live near this taco bell, so I go because it's convenient. But the people who work at this location hate their job and you can hear it in their voice. It's unpleasant going for breakfast because the staff is so much more rude in the morning, but even the afternoon/ night staff is so rude. I'm always nice when I come and say please and thank you, but no matter how nice I am the employees are rude to me. Half the time they won't even speak when I pull up to the window which I guess it's good since the intercom part is so rude.
