Problems with web site. We gave been over charged twice and when i went to pick up food today they didnt have my order. When i asked they told me i ordered from another subway. Didnt want to see i paid for it. Treated poorly no resolution so i left. No coming back subway.

It was an online order.We ordered specially to try out the new BAJA Chipotle sauce. Guess what! They forgot to put sauce in one of our footlong sandwich.
Refresh, Imitate, and GoFirst of all, this star goes to the Subway company and their complete ignorant behavior in trying to imitate a Frontera sandwich from Panera. As you can see, when you order a New Melt sandwichSo, Subway can give you the "feel" of having some special style of melt, bit as you can see, when the staff toss that subibto the bag ana then seal it, it tends to have the contents of that sub mwkt to the side of the bag. Thus, when you pull your sandwich outta of said bag, half you sub is stuck to the inside of the bag.Now,this is not the Subway's staff's fault, not do I blame this individual Subway store. But I find it rediculous that this "New" and "Refreshed" approach at making a melt sub ( which mind you they have been doing for quite a few years now) wastes more food left in the bag than in the customer's belly.So thisb1 star is not for this individy store, because both the staff and manger were great in handling my complaint, but rather the Subway Corporation!!
I had a veggie sub, which is what I normally get. Always good; always fresh; reasonable price.
