I placed an order online and the address on there was not correct. I called to get the address corrected but whoever answered did not understand a word I was saying. She kept stating order online only, close 9:30, I don’t know. Like, what?! I asked to speak to someone else and she just hung up…. Get new staff please. Or have someone who can speak English and understand English to handle the phone calls.
Very rude staffCharged 7 dollars for a topping and when asked for refund they denied and want to call security .They are so rude and shady ,they don't want to reveal their names and the managers name and number .
Rude staff, avoid going to this place if you eat veg sub. Staff has problem to change gloves and also don’t add extra vegetables even if you tell them to charge extra. I was told their system cannot handle adding extra charge and they will not add extra veggies. Had bad experience every time I went there. Done with this place !!

Filthy, disgusting restaurant with rude, incompetent staff. This is by far the worst Subway I’ve ever encountered. I keep trying to give them chances but I’ll definitely be driving across town to the next Subway from now on.

This guy don’t put enough quantity of vegetables. I try to avoid them but unfortunately this is closest location for me.
Standing outside the store right now. 9:21 PM, GPS at Google says store closes at 9:30 PM and the sign on the door says the store closes at 9:30.Knock knock knock on the door, two boys working behind the counter very carefully avoided looking at me even though I was obvious. Knocked louder, they continued to pretend not to hear me. Knocked very loudly, they looked up as though surprised. Yeah right.Hey, I was 17 once, too. But if these guys aren’t going to keep the store open per the store’s policy, you need to replace them now. The smaller, white, boy came to the door and told me the hours have changed to close at 9. He said, “Oh we haven’t changed the door sign yet.”Yeah right again. I love Subway, and I drove over here specifically to get a big healthy meal. I’ll drive out of my way to go to a different store from now on.PS: if the boys weren’t lying about closing at 9 PM, and the store has chosen to make that decision but not changed the sign on the door or updated it online, that’s a total management problem. Punish yourself.
