Clean, spacious, pretty, and comfortable (e.g. the music wasnt excessively loud). Attentive service. One of the better Starbucks locations I've visited

We’ve been frequenting this location when One Loudoun is out of commission (more frequent these days). Not only are they super friendly with our dogs but they have been great to us as well.The store seems inclusive to all and very well organized when I’ve stopped inside to pick up a mobile order. The staff were prompt and even on a busy weekend morning asked me as soon as I walked in if I was there for mobile orders or regular. Thought that was great compared to just being ignored everywhere else!
Friendly server, we laughed about the 5 huge black crows that kept trying to fly in the drive through window. Nice visit
I always order mobile pickup here on my way out of my doctors appointments and they are so fast! Well under the estimated time on the app. Staff is also super nice.
My first few experiences were 5 star. Incredibly quick service. I was 15 cars deep at the drive through and would be back on the road in 5 minutes. Deducted 1 star as my latest visit was a tad slow. Still highly recommend!
Only drive thru because of lack of staff. Ordered a classic oatmeal, they charged it but never gave it to me
Ordered the pumpkin cream cold brew and it was disgusting!!! I've had this drink MULTIPLE times from different locations and this is by far the only one, thus worst one that I have received. Retraining for staff is needed.

Starbucks Vegan Friendly Options-VFO are amazing. The consistency in service and quality make then am easy choice. Today I had a battery problem outside the establishment and the supervisor went out of his way to show kindness and exemplify excellence in customer service to his employees.
