Order was wrong for the second time… Won’t be back. How hard is it to make a black cold brew?
Although the "kids" are nice, we never have gotten the correct order - our building has just opened up near this location - we ALL love Starbucks - we have ordered it delivered AND picked it up and none of us in this huge company will go there anymore - again, drinks are never made properly and had to be thrown away - that a lot of money to throw away - I am sorry I am giving such a bad review - I know they work hard and the drink orders are crazy but this location DEFINETLY needs more training!!! We go to a different Starbucks now -
I'm not used to this. I like to leave good reviews for good places and bad reviews for bad places but this really took me as a shock. I walked in the store and stood at the front counter for two to three minutes. Everyone looked at me but no one said a thing. They just went about their business focused on their own task until I yelled "is anybody going to say anything to me". The lady at the counter apologized and used the excuse that they were training a bunch of new people but greeting new customers who come through the door is not something you have to train, it's just good customer service. I am not likely to visit the Starbucks ever again and it pains me to leave a negative review because I've always loved my experience at Starbucks. What a shame...
Went through drive-thru, no order ahead due to staff shortage…can’t blame those who are working. Michael was SO NICE!
This is the most dysfunctional Starbucks. They don't operate normal hours, and they are inconsistent in their abnormal hours. Sometimes the drive through is open, or not, sometimes they are open inside... or not, or vice versa, unreliable, inconsistent and dysfunctional. And when inside dining is open, the area is dirty and unkempt.
Be careful before driving to this location. Make sure you're not in a hurry. The drive-thru is closed the majority of the time.
Why have a drive thru if you continually close it? Kind of defeats the whole purpose of having the drive thru......I would think.
I come to this location all the time not anymore I tried to retrieve a straw and the young woman caught and attitude I guess everyone is angry nowadays lol.
I've only been here two or three times now but I've always gotten what I ordered, how I ordered it ?. Mostly I wanted to shout out the night crew because I drove up, had a pretty specific drink to place and they were still really nice to me. They also nailed it ?.I work overnight and it's difficult to find kind service at the end of the day (beginning of mine) because everyone is tired, so their kindness really meant the world to me, thank you!
