Poor selection. Charging way too much to wait too long for nothing special now
We walked a mile to come to Starbucks in One Loudoun at 4:15 on Thursday December 30. The hours sign says they close at 8pm. The website says they close at 8pm. On the bottom of the door sign, it says they close from 4-5 every day.That information should be on the website.We are long time Starbucks customers and we are very disappointed

Very nice Starbucks! Plenty of comfortable seating and nice large inside area. I have seen other Starbucks that are a lot smaller and don’t have as many seating options. The employees were very nice and most importantly my drink was made correctly and very fast!
Love this Starbucks always happy friendly staff and get my drinks pretty quick usually!
Don’t go here (inside) if you’re in any hurry at all. I went at 10am and ordered a simple peppermint mocha and after 20 mins of waiting I finally just asked them to switch it for a regular coffee because I had to go.
Went in on a super busy Sunday around 10am. The poor team was absolutely slammed doing their best to keep up. Display wasn’t even set up yet and the manager/ “coffee master” with all his pins was just standing around outside the line- hands in pockets- talking with a guest. He was completely oblivious to the needs of his team, then went behind the line and started barking orders on some weird power trip. It was disgusting to watch as a patron. Those kids deserve better than that.
I always get good service here and appreciate that they are open after 600 pm

There seems to have been a big change in staff at One Loudoun. New faces but service and quality have deteriorated significantly. 10 minutes in line 2 times this week, basic latte doesn't taste right.
