I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Starbucks location! The staff is SO friendly and they always have a smile on their face. Even in the chaos of the morning rush they always start conversation with me, and have such a positive attitude. They never get my many orders wrong and even know me by my name as soon as I walk in, also as apple juice girl! This location is by far the best I have visited in Loudoun County! They are WONDERFUL!
The other Starbucks in this area are inside Harris Teeter or Target so this the to go place if heading out for just coffee or chai latte. Easily accessible on the Loudoun county pkwy.
The guy Geoff is a pro he used extra whipping and caramel like I asked by flipping one cup into another cup making it double up . My mind was blown ??? Officially one of my favorite Starbucks!
I'd give 5 stars if it had more parking options and a little bigger parking lot. Everything else is great here. From employees to their service to cleanliness of the store and its facilities
Went to this Starbucks on March 26th, 2022. I should point out that I'm not a big Starbucks fan in the 1st place. I got the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. It was pretty good, but nowhere near close to McDonald's Caramel Frappe.My problem with this establishment was that it was pretty dirty on the inside. The trash in the trashcans needed to be taken out. And there was just a lot of trash left on tables, and it looked very untidy, and even trashy.

I’ve come to this location on several occasions and they will be closed despite the Starbucks App and Google saying that they are open. I understand that sometimes the store needs to close early for some reason or another but please please please update your hours on the app so people like me do not waste their day driving out to Starbucks only for the store to be closed. It’s very frustrating and when I called the 800 number about the issue it didn’t really seem like they cared. Please address this and I’ll update my review.
Over the past month or so I’ve been to this location several times, and almost every time I order a latte (white mocha, caramel, or mocha) they make the drinks incorrectly. This may sound harsh but essentially, if I just wanted heated up milk with no flavor, I’d do it myself at home. I’ll no longer be visiting this location in the future as spending $10-15 per trip just isn’t worth it.
Only drive through is open so mobile ordering is basically a waste. You'll still end up waiting for 30 min in line. Horrible customer service
This place is a really great example of what customer service should be. I stayed at the Aloft hotel for 2 weeks and went to Starbucks almost everyday. They had lots of new faces everyday, but each one went out of their way to make sure my order was correct, a menu item they no longer serve. The only downside, if any, is this place is so popular that it was timely getting your order. Their team were moving quickly, efficiently and still pleasant under pressure! Bravo!
