I have to say that in my opinion this is the worst pizza i have gotten from them. I have gone into the restaurant and received better pizza. The pizza wasn't cut well at all and I had to use my own spatula to get slices out from the box. I might get other Italian dishes from them but they have lost my pizza business. It is bad when I would rather get a pizza from a grocery store then an Italian place.
The cashier went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. He did a great job providing different options for us to choose from. He also brought our food to our table. All the staff had masks on, and the chefs all had gloves on, which was a big plus. My husband had the spaghetti and meatballs dinner portion, and I had the lasagna dinner portion. They both were delicious and freshly made with perfect size portions. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.
Scotto's Rigatoni Grill In the Brambleton Town Center has gone down hill in quality IMO. The last 2 pizza orders from Scotto's didn’t taste fresh and the latest order from Scotto's was delivered with all the toppings off one of the pizzas. Then tried calling and was put on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. I’ll be ordering elsewhere next time.
We enjoyed it Buffalo Chicken Pizza and Stromboli a lot. This is very good place to NU style pizza.
Middle of a pandemic, short staffed and under appreciated, these guys are A1. Ordered from them for about a year now and never had an issue. Had a larger order than usual and ordered a few pies, some sides and a 2 liter of soda. Pizza arrived with the cheese all slid to one side and missing the mozzarella sticks. Tried to fix the cheese myself but wife insisted we should call them. (They said 45 min to an hour. Arrived in 30 min) so naturally just thought it was a mistake so called to get the moz sticks and mentioned the condition of the pizza. They sent us brand new pies without hesitation. First time ordering a large Monday pizza special for $7.99 with 2 toppings. Total on receipt was $21.72. I asked the cashier and showed him the coupon. I was told told that the special was 14 inches and mine was 16 inches. Last time ordering from here. I preferred Brick oven Pizza.

Really disappointed! Ordered a calzone, Mozarella sticks and kids meal for dinner and the calzone was SO salty. Made me pucker. After scraping the salt off it was better but the marinara was very watered I really wanted to love this place after all the reviews
This is my go to place for pepperoni rolls. Scotto's staff is friendly and quick.
I ordered garlic knots along with other things and I came to pick up my order but I realized once I got home that they never put the garlic knots in the bag.
