Fast service, one of the best lunch places in Ashburn. Great selection on food from subs to pizza and sandwiches etc!
(Sarcastic voice). Very warming atmosphere. Upon entering and walking to where you can order, you are greeted by the most helpful staff member. He can barely muster enough energy to ask you “ what do you want.” The look on his face is very apparent he does not enjoy his job nor does he like speaking to people. Perhaps being in the back away from people is better suited for him. The food is enough to sustain life but not great.I am a firm believer of trying places twice before commenting. Both times have been the same. I understand the job can be repetitive and sometimes unfulfilling but this is the job you chose regardless of it being a necessity, so put on a fake smile and pretend like each customer is welcome.My last piece of advice would be to make sure you refill the condiments the night before, along with the napkin dispensers, this way customers are not searching table after table for these items.
A great chicken and cheese steak sub. The curly fries are the best. Nice crisp and great flavor. Would recommend trying.
I come into eat every day almost and it’s the closes I can get New York food without going to New York. But what really makes my experience better every time are the workers. The employee “T” she is the best, she always helps and goes above and beyond for everyone especially me and my wife she will take care of anything and if it’s wrong she makes sure it won’t happen again. You can feel the energy when she isn’t there. Good job Santinis for the amazing food and the great staff ashburn will always be my number one food spot!
Great service every time I go. Always greeted upon entrance and order taken in a timely manner. I ordered the chicken sandwich on toasted bread w/provolone cheese and ordered fries. Both were delivered hot and tasty.
Santini’s is my go-to when I am craving a steak and cheese. The food is always consistent and delicious. Easily one of the best sub shops in NOVA.
Chantilly Va location has HORRIBLE service. 3 people in line, but 10-15 min wait to put order in? And always a long queue for waiting for online orders. People don’t have that much time to waste during their lunch hours. I won’t waste mine at the Chantilly location. Others have much better service.
It just doesn’t stand up to anywhere near what a True NY deli would have to offer. In fact, the meats they use are substandard and cheap. The versus nothing like a NY Hero roll. The entire sandwich was cheap in ingredients and mostly bread. My personal opinion is try Wegmans. They have quality meats, home made bread and you get a sub that’s has great flavor and about $3.00 less than Santini’s.
