The pizza taste was really good, yet… I did not find any similarity to NY pizza at all. The impression I got was that the owners are not around. Is like a place run by high schools kids. 12” Is over priced. Did not find the value. So Rubino’s is out! for me. ?? Maybe… Just maybe this may be a good place for buy-in slices on the go!?
The salad and pizza were yummy. I will come back!
What an amazing pizzeria inside Ashburn Village at the Ashbrook Commons shopping center. Not too long ago Ashburn Village's Ashbrook Commons consisted of a few restaurants, grocery stores and one gas station. Today, it's a thriving shopping center with tons of fast-food chains, gas stations and many businesses. I recall Ashbrook Commons having a quaint line of businesses, but it's definitely changed a lot. Which brings me to Rubinos Pizzeria, a small but convenient deli with fresh ingredients and well made bread. I ordered The Italian, which was fresh and tasty because it had the works: fresh tomatoes, lettuce, banana peppers, black olives and Italian meats bursting with authentic flavor. At first, I didn't think it would be any different than other delis in the area, but it was fantastic. It was a worthwhile stop. The inside is discreetly furnished and the atmosphere is soothing with the background music at a low volume. But most of all, the service is fantastic. I found the staff very receptive and accommodating in what I observed was a fast-paced restaurant serving customer after customer. It does appear to this patron that it's a family place to take the kids, young adults and friends. I was very impressed and plan on coming here again, but not alone. Hats off to the staff and management. Great food and great location.
Placed order for pickup, was told 20 minutes. Waited 45 minutes for them to hand me a pizza that was like warm and has been sitting out not even in the warmer to take it home 5 minutes away got cold pizza. Not great with overwhelmed staff. Was happy to wait for a hot pizza which we definitely didn’t get.
Grossest pizzas around. Mushrooms are canned. Jalapenos are pickled (if I wanted vinegar on my pizza, I’d do it myself). Sausages are sliced, which isn't for everyone. When Dominos has better ingredients than the local pizza joint, someone is cutting corners.
Whoever worked the night of January 22nd of 2022 went above and beyond to help out our group right at closing. I would love for management to give them kudos. We had just told our group of friends about how good the pizza was there and they decide to try it for the first time. The staff went above and beyond for us and absolutely crushed expectations.Rubinos is expensive absolutely but such a quality pizza EVERY SINGLE TIME. We will always recommend Rubinos to friends.
Best pizza in Ashburn Great friendly service
Was hoping this place would be good since it's so close by but greatly disappointed ? Calamari was unseasoned, batter completely falling off and too thick of slices.Steak and cheese was just blah, again no seasoning and mayo only on part of the sandwich.Cheesecake tasted old and just a bit off very similar to a grocery store cheesecake that you just thaw and eat and tiramisu was ehKids meal was the best thing we had which was chicken tenders and garlic knots with apple juiceWas really hoping this place would be a new good go to for things but sadly no and with the price I paid for things I was hoping for better than like something that tasted like a frozen reheated meal from the grocery store. Even the marinara sauce tasted like it came from a jar
The best Rubino's I've found so far! My wife and I ordered meat calzones. They were baked to perfection. I wish I had taken a picture, but all I could think of at the time was digging in. So much melted cheese! We couldn't finish them, so we happily took the rest home.
We were so disappointed in our 12” Supreme Pizza. The crust was inedible. It was tough and so tasteless. Very disappointed.
