This is the first time I've been here again in quite a while. Sorry this is so long.My mother was sat first, we joined after a few minutes and waited more than 10 minutes, and still no one had come to our table. I ended up having to go to the host to ask for a server. I don't understand how this happens when there are only 5 tables seated in a restaurant. Our server Derek was lovely in general, he was very friendly and funny and he is the only reason there is even a star there.I did find it strange that when I ordered a salad with "my choice of dressing" they don't offer Caesar dressing? But I guess that's not something they can control. I just find it strange. So I receive my salad with a knife in it (??), and I ask our waiter for a fork and he brings me "to go" plastic cutlery and says they're out of forks. How does a restaurant run out of forks?Besides that, the salad tasted off, but that could be me and maybe not the dressing/lettuce.We ordered pizza for my son and they put the side of fries on top of the pizza leaving them full of sauce and soggy and I have to assume that whomever did that, doesn't have children. We tried to order the fish and chips to go for my dad but apparently they were out of that as well.Overall, no one really enjoyed their food but the beer, Shirley temples, and the spiked lemonade were pretty good.Like I said, it's been a while since I've been here but I don't think I'll ever be back.
Sat for 15 minutes while being completely ignored. In not very crowded restaurant and plenty of visible staff. Not a good look red not at all. Probably not coming back.
Won’t be visiting this location ever again. I have visited many Red Robin’s and never have I experienced a service like today. My family and I (2 adults and an infant) came in and the host was not aware of anything and then came back to tell us it wouldn’t be longer than a 10 minute wait - we waited almost 25 min when we spoke up and said something. Once the host sat us down he didn’t offer a sling for my car seat and we sat at the table for a good 10 min with the car seat on the floor before we went and got the sling from a corner. Then a server came up to us like if she was annoyed and then moved us somewhere else bc of my baby. Then she took our drinks and food order snd disappeared and no one came to our table. We waited 30 min (restaurant was not busy) before I went up to an employee and told him that we had not seen our server in a while and that’s when I’m guessing a manager came to me and asked if everything was alright and I mentioned we just wanted a time for the food and he continued to say “I’ll check”. I went back to my table to wait another 15 min with no update or sign of said server or manager. Worse experience ever.
Stellar service by all the staff! Sarah the server was very sweet :) keep it up!Food was great also
Service was kinda slow but they were busy so I can't really blame them. Staff was nice, and their sweet potato fries are so good. Food came out quick even though it was busy.
It used to be good. Only the fries and milkshakes were good. My burger was super over cooked. Our server didn't check on us most of the time and we had to find other servers to help.
I haven't been here in a long time. I definitely have been thinking about their salads. The place was clean and the service top notch. My new favorite salad is the Avo-Cob with grilled chicken and all I can say is yum !!!
Good beer selection. Great Cobb salad. Service was not that great. Little slow for as light as they were. Still, I would go there be again.
Tried one of RR's new personal pizzas. I was curious about the cauliflower crust... feeling adventurous, I ordered it with tomatoes, green peppers and ground beef. I was surprised at how crispy the crust was...even in the middle of the pizza where pizzas are often oily. It wasn't a gourmet pizza and not a lot of flavor but it was served hot and it was good. I'd order it again. I do think the chef put sausage on it rather than beef and my husband's fries were cold...so 4 stars.
My husband and I visited Red Robin on a busy Saturday night with our 21 month old son. I was so impressed with the staff - they were severely short handed, with only two servers. Despite all that, we had only a 10 minute wait. Our server, Mike, was kind and pleasant, and brought our food and drinks nearly immediately-- something that made dinner out with a toddler immensely easier. We all left with smiles :)
