Seems like the meat is getting thinner and skimpy, not as good as I remember a few months ago, maybe it's always been this way? This is a Wreck w/ LTM, can you see the meat? Too bad, may reduce my visits.
The employees can barely speak English. I ordered a sandwich the way it comes on the menu.. and they still managed to make it wrong. Literally just chicken salad and cheese.. and they couldn’t get that right. If you are going to have a job working with the general public.. I would advise at least being able to communicate.
This place has declined over time and the food hasn't been that great. On top of that, three out of our party of five got sick from our last visit, might have been a bad piece of turkey, but that's not their fault, maybe? The staff seemed overwhelmed even though there weren't a lot of people in the restaurant. The manager seemed to be all over the place and in a rush for no reason.
I like the new menu and sandwich sizes. It's my go to when I'm at the office. Friendly and great staff. You can't go wrong with Potbelly!
Stopped in today for food on our way home from hockey. My son was giving his order softly so I asked him to speak up. He must have been a tad loud. Tye young man taking the order understood he wasn’t being rude intentionally and laughed it off. The manager/owner thought it was appropriate to make snide comments to the staff about the kids being too loud. Food was so/so. Won’t be going back due to the attitude. Will be using the one down the street by Wegmans from now on.
The manager rushed me out and in doing so got my order wrong, no clue why he was attempting to rush me as there was in one else in the store. Everyone else seemed incompetent. Wouldn’t recommend this location. They forgot a soup, crackers and salad dressing and this isn’t the first time. Just avoid this location all together.
Got a turkey sandwich and asked for everything on it after it went thorugh the oven. The guy only put lettuce and tomato. Never coming back to this potbelly again

Today Ist time ordering food from here. Was really excited to have a great fresh salad. It looked good until I realized, where is the Grilled Chicken?! Tripled checked my order on line and my receipt.Potbelly shorted the Grlled chicken. Disappointed!
I love the Potbelly restaurant chain. Simple concept, predictable quality sandwiches prepared your way, hot and delicious--and great shakes to indulge in. I tried this relatively new store today for lunch, and found it way below the norm in a few important ways. First, despite a low customer count, and something like 7 people behind the counter, they could not seem to handle the half a dozen parties moving through the line. The employees seemed confused about orders and what was happening, and the manager at the center tended to shout rudely at the customers asking questions. The store was also a bit of a mess, with the main napkin dispenser empty, despite this being past the lunch rush (about 12:45pm). There was confusion in our order as well and it took about 12 minutes from order to eating.The most horrifying part, in these difficult times during COVID-10--was the fact that all but one of the employees handling and breathing on our food was not wearing a mask! This was obviously led by the manager, maskless as he barked at customers and employees alike. Completely unprofessional, completely against all common sense about respecting and protecting both employees and customers. Never going back here.
