I have eaten at Peri Peri Original twice, first shortly after it had opened, and again just about a week ago. Both times I really enjoyed the food. This latest intance that I went, it was with a party of around 20 people. Though the space inside Peri Peri original is limited, the owners arranged it such that we could comfortably fit all of us. The owners and staff were very accommodating and gracious. For the combination of both good food, and great customer service, I would highly recommend Peri Peri Original.
Based on the great reviews, we decided to give this place a try & we’re so glad we did!!Everything was super flavorful and delicious. I had the Honey Garlic chicken sandwich which had a good blend of sweet & spicy flavors. My husband had the Buffalo chicken sandwich which he said it’s the best he’s had! Full of flavor with the right amount of tang.Our sandwiches came with 2 delicious sauces on the side -garlic & chili. These added another layer of deliciousness.Also, don’t ever miss the peri-peri fries….omg they’re to die for.Customer service was top notch and not to forget, the bathrooms were super clean.
This is a hidden gem in NOVA that we recently discovered and absolutely loved our first experience. The food was amazing, clean restaurant and great service. We tried the flame grilled chicken, peri chicken wrap, Nashville hot chicken sandwich and chicken over rice and everything hit the spot. The chocolate lava cake was awesome, highly recommend this place and everything on the menu is halal.
This was our first time visiting this hidden jewel and for sure did not regretted at all. The best Halal Peri Peri chicken we had in a while. The taste was amazing, specially the spicy rice and chicken tenders,!! Please stop and support Halal franchise ! Excellent customer service and very clean !! Awesome place !!
This is best Peri Peri in the DMV area. Food was amazing, it was perfectly marinated and cooked. The chicken was juicy and all the other ingredients were fresh, you could literally taste the freshness. We are already planning our next visit. Highly recommend to friends and family.
Amazing food and great staff! I had the American Smash Burger and the honey garlic chicken sandwich. I also had potatoe wedges, fries and wings. Burger had a very authentic smash burger taste, with the crispy edges of the meat and a great bun to hold all the flavor in. The chicken sandwich was excellent, juicy very tasty and quite a large piece of chicken. I prefer wedges so I ate those over the fries and the wings were very nice, a bit small but snack size is always a great size :)
Peri Peri Original (Ashburn) is awesome - probably our most favorite now!So we tried their Whole Chicken (Frame Grilled) which tasted amazing. The sauces were on point.We also tried their Nashville Chicken burger which was on point too.The staff is very friendly even though it was almost time to close. They all had smile on their faces and Saqib (Floor Manager) is the sweetest person who treated us well and made sure everything is good.We love this place already and thinking for our second trip soon!
We had Peri peri original before but this newly opened Ashburn location is just too good! We already been there three times and all the times our experience was amazing! We usually get the whole chicken, wings and rice but yesterday we got their burger too and wow what a burger it was! It was bursting full of flavours! So juicy and so flavorful!What makes this place more amazing is their friendly and polite service. The brother in the front is very nice and always takes care. Plus the place is neat and clean and bathroom is clean too.Would definitely suggest everyone to try them out and must try their garlic sauce. The garlic sauce takes the taste to a different level. This place is fully Halal place so enjoy!
I had an amazing 1st experience at Peri Peri original. The restaurant was clean & the staff was courteous with a top service. I ordered 1/4 grilled chicken with lime & herb & 1/r grilled chicken with extra hot sauce. It was literally finger lickin good. My kids ordered chicken wings with extra hot sauce, Hot Nashville chicken sandwich & chicken tenders. As per my youngest the food was 10/10.We're definitely coming back to try other flavors on the menu...W
I've had it several times now and it is delicious. I really enjoy the spicy chicken and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It also tastes good as leftovers (stored in fridge for 2 days after initial purchase). If it passes the leftover taste test then for sure it is good. I will be going often. Fries are mediocre but I am not coming here for that,
