If you are short staffed, it is not the customer's fault.And you should be nice to the customers.
The phone number belongs to the other store. When I made an order by phone, no one told me it was a different place. It seems like this stored was closed forever. I had to call the number again and asked for the address.
The pizza was kind of dry, and it was kind of a waste of money. It wasn't very tasty, but that was a one time thing. Most of the time, the pizza is really good, and we enjoy it. But that day wasn't super good because we had friends over and they despised the pizza and asked for something else...
Never ever ever order “Plan Ahead”. They don’t even start them until after you show up in the store at your designated pickup time. Staff is frazzled but ultimately indifferent. Waited in store for 30 minutes past pickup time, 1:45 after time I ordered.
Won't be going back again! Management doesn't care about customer service. Most consumers understand there is a labor shortage. But when this Papa John's didn't have any drivers to deliver pizza, they kept taking orders. They were using DoorDash for delivery, but when DoorDash had no drivers that night, this location just left customers waiting "forever" for pizza that was never going to be delivered without calling them to tell them what happened. After two hours, and two calls, they finally fessed up to the situation and said my pizza was never and won't be delivered. It was after 8PM with two young kids. No courtesy call about the situation, just kept taking orders they knew would never be delivered and didn't tell customers who were waiting hours for something that was never going to come! If they had told me the situation upfront, I would have done something else for that evening's dinner and ordered from them again (we all know these are hard times to get employees, but to leave customers hanging and hungry for HOURS without any notification was unacceptable)!

Consistently excellent quality and quantity of toppings. My Go-To pizza place. You don't need a roll of paper towels to soak up the grease like you do with Dominos and others.
Won't ordering from them again. Little to no cheese on an extra cheese pizza. Pepperoni's were old tasting ??
