Decided to try a NY Pizza. They screwed up the order. Remade part of it while the large pizza got cold & soggy. Refused to correct it. Help on phone for 12min (hung up) and forced to hear over and over how this was a hall of fame location. Go to Dominos.
I would hesitate to go there again. No employee wore a mask the last time I picked up. While employee freedom is important, putting their customers at risk is not a very reassuring thing to do for any business, let alone one that is in the service industry.Pizza itself was good, hence the stars for it.(2 for pizza, 2 for safety during pandemic times and 1 for friendliness).
Worst place ever. Ordered a pizza on super bowl evening and it became a 74 minute wait. I then tried to cancel the order and they hung up the phone multiple times. Then I had to pick up the pizza at closing time, when the super bowl had 5 minutes remaining. Utterly ridiculous, would strong advise not to order from here.Never have I seen a more poor customer service team/execution.
Worst experience ever. I ordered a pizza which said 20 minutes time before, and it changed to 70 out of nowhere once I placed it. Makes no sense whatsoever, and they said they would connect me to a manager to cancel it but they instead hung up the phone. Not professional at all and delayed my pizza by a whole hour.
Really slow delivery, consistently. Often times the pizza is just barely warm after waiting much longer than other delivery places in the area. Believe the other reviews on this one...I really like Papa but don't do delivery on this location.
not good for service, little disappointed
Been ordering from here for over 15 years but this year it’s been very poor service. Today’s order was messed up again. Wrong topping and sauce. Few weeks ago I waited about 45 mins at the store even after placing an order online 15 mins prior to arriving. When I arrived at the store for pickup no one greeted me and I stood there for about 10 mins before anyone even acknowledged I was there. I guess it’s time to pick another favorite pizza place.
Ordered one cheese pizza at 6:30, said it would take 80-90 minutes which I agreed to. At 8:30 I called and was told one employee was working. Like, what? Didn’t get my pizza until 8:45. I totally would have gone somewhere else.
Took awhile to get help and long time to receive order
Just picked up my pizza from here and Im a lil annoyed so thought I should write a review. I walked in there, bell rang at the door and everything, and theres 5 people on the floor. Everyone looks my way, but does not greet me or anything. Its clearly not busy as the manager is talking loudly to the workers and making jokes and no one greets me for the next 10 minutes. keep in mind im just picking up a pizza. i almost wanted to walk to their shelf and just grab it and go. I worked in customer service/food for over 6 years and none of my supervisors would have let anything like that happen. terrible customer service, decent food as always.
