Check your orders!!!!!! I can’t tell you how many times in the past year have they missed items on the order. And to top it off the boxes on the receipt are always checked off diligently as though the order was checked and completed. What’s the point of putting a checklist that is clearly not monitored?? Of course when you call the store to talk to the manager they don’t answer ever. Food is ok I suppose taste wise but when half people in your family are missing their food, how can you be expected to enjoy your own meal???
My Panera is usually great but tonight I tried the new chicken sandwich. It was horrible. It was thin, overcooked and tasted like cardboard. Was looking so forward to it. What a disappointment!
Closest to my home, so it's very convenient. My sisters and I enjoy having our sisters' get togethers there. It's clean, the food is good, there's outside seating and we never feel pressured to leave before we're ready ?

Absolutely awesome version of Panera here in NoVa. Staff are very friendly and the place is comfortable and clean. A great place to eat and relax.
Avocado, white egg and spinach!! Terrible! The avocado was rotten, the spinach had the stems. Restaurants package anything (wrong or incomplete orders) when the order is to take out!! ?
Never been to this Panera since moving here and gave a try today. Ordered basic turkey chili and chips. Chips were not fresh and half way eating chili found a thin long strain piece of hair in soup. Will not be back and just horrible quality control
My daughter created her own bagel sandwich which is now our breakfast go to. Half plain half cinnamon crunch bagel with honey walnut cream cheese. When dining in for lunch I cannot pass on the turkey bacon bravo/broccoli cheddar soup you pick two.
So I usually come to this panera, since it's close to my place and have a subscription to the monthly coffee. Now this not the first time the messed up my breakfast order. Order 2 items that was completely off and charged for it as well. So in the end will stop coming here period sadly, not sure what changed in the last month bad service now.
I wish I could give zero stars, honestly. I've ordered here in person and online and they never get either of them right. With online drinks they expect you to know cups are in the back, otherwise you wait in line to ask for a cup. If you order a drink from their cafe, good luck, because you have to wait in line to ask for it again.I just ordered a salad and replaced the chicken with quinoa and it came to me chicken. Unacceptable. This place needs help and fast.
