This location is always very fast and the food tastes great! The Moe's Monday deal has become one of the highlights of my week, making Mondays more tolerable.
i found hair that looked like it was from the nether regions in my quesadilla and requested a refund on my whole order. I had not yet eaten the other items I ordered and didn't plan on eating the other items, obviously, because I did not want to eat another hair from the nether regions. I requested to get a refund on my whole order, but the woman at the register was very rude and began questioning how I called late ( it was 4 pm). She never apologized on behalf of the staff who made my order and did not refund my whole order. I am honestly very disappointed with the service. Do not eat here unless you like to eat nether-hair.
Great food for it's cost and they have grab-n-go salsa cups for diners. It seemed they didn't have enough staff to handle the lunch rush when I was there.
I ordered (online) two bowls, one chicken, and one veggie. They put chicken in both. Mistakes happen, I get it. When I called in and spoke to the manager, there was no mere acknowledgement of their mistake or offer to remake the veggie bowl. Just an unconcerned, 'would you like us to refund the veggie bowl?' Ah yes, you're clearly doing me the favor by refunding me for a good that was not as promised. The only thing south about this place is the customer service. The food is decent, so its kinda disappointing but clear that customer service is what is keeping this branch from competing against the local chipotles.
Food is great, service is awesome! Weve been to some really bad Moe's, but this one is great!
Similar to Chipotle, but offers a salsa bar which is always a nice touch!
Friendly staff and great location being that it's walking distance from Embassy Suites. Outside seating is also a plus. Food was good!

The service is terrible. Passed off by a member of the team that doesn't know what the word "wheat" means. Then charged 8usd for two tacos. Although a sign says taco Tuesday taco 2usd. It means only one taco. Not 2. The food passes for fast food. A cafeteria experience with serve yourself attitudes. May as well go to the Walmart grocery store and buy your own and eat at home. Way over priced. A wreck.
I come here regularly, and the food is always good and quickly prepared. The only issue is their drink machine regularly is out of ice. As often as the McDonalds ice cream machine is out of order, this place’s drink machine has no ice. And it isn’t like you wait a bit and the machine makes more ice-it seems unable to make ice. They tell you right up that there’s no ice to be had…they just usually do this only after you’ve bought the drink.
