Really bad service, the front staff were very rude and we waited 45 minutes to get our 3 entrees with a empty restaurant.
I’ve been coming here for 7+ years since I was a kid, and it was always good up until I’d say probably 2021 and onward. Some days the kabob will be good but others its just different and overcooked. I get either the steak and chicken or steak and ground beef. Sidenote: don’t expect the employees to make you feel welcome that’s just how it is at this restaurant, nothing personal they just don’t really care about customer service
have always went to Mobydick I have always went to it. They have amazing food and amazing employees but this location of Mobydick isn’t the best to go to the was being rude and disrespectful to us I understand sometimes people can have hard days but I just felt disgusted and genuinely annoyed. I was very shocked of how I was treated the employees are very nice and amazing it’s just the who was being rude and disrespectful I didn’t like that at all and I would definitely recommend going to another location of Mobydick.I make my order today I’m waiting like 35 minute The food come to me That’s not ready That’s not cook I asked Cashier about my order Nobody care I make 4 order The bread portion is small one bread For 4 order
Most of the time there food taste good . That day beef kabob was taste different and not cooked properly and cold. I tried all of their location for last 15yrs. Something is wrong i believe.
If you have the better part of an hour come by otherwise go somewhere else. There are zero people in line and so far my order has taken 20 minutes with no end in sight.
I ordered chicken and ground beef kebab combo. The chicken pieces were over done and I had to remove the burned parts myself!Also, the bread was a little mushy on the edges. The ground beef was somewhat dry as it used to be moist before.

Awesome food and customer service is beyond the expectations. ?
We stopped as the House of Kabob looked unique (we don't have a kabob restaurant near our home) and one meal of chicken kabobs and other vegetarian were really good. Pita bread and side sauce is tasty, and there were plenty of veggies (spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes) in the veggie dish, and nice grilled tomatoes accompanying the yummy chicken kabob dish. There was so much rice that we easily had leftovers for the next day. Helpful human beings behind the counter who actually talked to us and gave us suggestions, thank you!
