Very bad Serivce during rush hours. Staff can’t handle orders if there are more than few orders. I ordered online and went to pick up curb side. Had to wait 30 minutes. I had to go in to pickup the order myself. Such a waste of my time. The manager is clueless about why my order is not ready even after 30 minutes. I would avoid this location during rush hours.

I'm not a great frequenter of McDonald's and I know that my vow not to return to this McDonald's will make very little impact on them but its so rare to come across this level of rudeness even at McDonald's. From the person who took my order, took my money, and gave me my food - all 3 equally cared less and never bothered greeting me. The pièce de resistance was the person who handed me my food who cursed a string of curse words at whatever was beeping inside. In fact, I am now prompted to go back and ensure I write a good review for the Elders street Burger King, which I also don't frequent - I didn't care for some of my meal but the guy at the window and who took my order could not have been nicer. My money pays for service too and there are plenty of other options.

BM fell apart into 5 pieces. Everything fell out but the meat. I thought it might have fallen in my lap. Nope. Searched my pockets even. The day I had, anything was possible. Nope.Did McD’s add meatless menu items? No.They must have forgotten it. Who knows, they may have saved my life.Granted, that BM “special” 1000 island sauce tastes good on anything but it even pairs well when smothered in shredded lettuce and mashed between stale and extremely fragile pieces of bread. I know. I just ate that. Maybe that’s not normal for them but I read another review (on here!) complaining about the same thing.The fries? Any colder and ida guessed they forgot to fry them.Fast food. Whatrugonnado? You can do better.

Great option for breakfast once in a while. Quicker to go inside than sit through the drive-thru line if it's busy. The app is nice too.

Should of read the reviews before I went here today to grab the kids some quick food. A few shakes, nuggets, fries and less than 4 hours later both my kids are sick and vomiting. Thanks for that.

If I say my fries are not fresh that’s exactly what I mean. Don’t say to me nothing was wrong and that you did them yourself. Girl bye!! Take your narrow behind back there and get me what I ordered exactly as I ordered it. So tired of folks wanting to take your money just to give you what they think you should have. NO not the one.

I don't know what level of inept works the drive thru but 100% of the time my order WILL BE WRONG. Beyond frustrating!!!

Bought cheeseburgers today. I ate one on my way home thinking hmm this isn't hot or warm. Got home and looked at the rest of the cheeseburgers befoe I gave them to my kids and they where all raw on the inside.

I’m truly sick and tired of this attitude of “I’m so busy i can’t even acknowledge the guy standing there” but yet they don’t seem to have any other answer when we announce pick ups at the speaker than to ask that we come inside. meanwhile they have time to scold an employee for duplicate order and me making eye contact with said employee doesn’t begin to feel less awkward. Last but not least, when someone finally realizes I’m not the new mascot they ordered, this ugly woman basically dropped my order on the counter and immediately turned her back. What is wrong with this place? Honestly if decent customer service isn’t part of the plan i suggest you close shop and move onto something that requires less humanity.

i ordered a blt with quater pounder and they forgot my bacon also, i had food poision for two days. after two days i had anemic symtpoms. i strongly dont recommand this place. they need to re inspect their food quality here
