We ordered and paid at the kiosk. Took the cone to the table as they were suppose to bring our order. However after waiting about 20 minutes I approached the counter to see my order has been sitting on the c k Inter for some time. After emptying the bags they failed to have any napkins. ONCE again I approached the counter requesting napkins. Three minutes later after several employees walked right in front of me but ignored my presence I got The napkins. The ketchup decanter was EMPTY. I realize this is a fast food restaurant but the service was LOUSY!!!

They do Very discusting customer service which is working night shift specially the ladies. They are so rude!!
They are so rude, the manager who work for lobby customer near was fight with me because I asked about my food I wait 15 minutes then also my food wasn’t ready. Indeed the store was not busy.
I ordered a happy meal for my kids and please tell me .. DOES THIS LOOK LIKE NUGGETS?! Whatever this is was definitely done on purpose…. Now I’m stuck with this because I’m home with a newborn and my two toddlers…
This is one of the fastest McDonald's restaurants I've ever been to, keep it up.
Great community and I loved the experience. One issue I had was when I sat down on something squishy to eat my happy meal. I got a 1 piece chicken nugget meal because I am on a diet.
Missing one large fries, drink and my hamburger was completely smashed, I want to go back to speak to manager, but there were 15 plus cars already line up. Such a horrible experience. BTW, their door locked so I can’t go back in
Service was very slow. Many tables were dirty and there were not very many people inside. Some of the dirty tables had signs on them that said they were sanitized and ready for use but we’re dirty.
