They scheduled ONE guy to work the entire night shift (and I know it was the whole night because multiple people I talked to had said they only saw the one dude at different points during the night). I was in the drive thru for 40mins and there weren’t even 10 cars total. Multiple people just drove off after waiting 10mins with no movement. Once I got to the ordering part, he said “give me 1-2 minutes” then was gone long enough for me to just turn the car off. Then when I got my order, neither of the large fries were even filled to the front lower edge. I get that this is McDonald’s but come on man, that’s basically the same amount as a kids fry.

Don’t order food from the mobile app. They will not make for you. When you go to pick they will tell you that their system is not showing your order. This is the second time happened. Wasting my time in drive through… and staff thinking it’s funny… I think they don’t know the value of food and time…
I ordered from Door Dash, about 25mins ago and when the food got here- both large fries were missing. Absolutely ridiculous and very disappointing. I get that this is fast food, but we paid for the food, and HALF of our meal was missing. Thats unacceptable.Please try to read the order and make sure your bagger is doing his/her job, correctly.We called and complained, and the manager had the audacity to BLAME door dash.Thanks for half of my meal.
