Last time I ordered from JJ the order was missing side items. I wasn't going to order from them again and decided I should give them a 2nd chance. Ordered my sandwich came completely wrong ham, bacon, etc called and called no one ever answers. I emailed the website said they forwarded it to the store no one EVER contacted me back on either issue. I work hard for my dollars its never okay especially that their store NEVER tried to fix the issue. Complete rip off! No one ever answers the phone either..... Where does this look like roast beef?
This was my first time eating from Jimmy John’s and also this location, it WILL be my last. The customer service is horrible, no greeting or anything they just stand and look at you with a dumb look. My sub was also horrible!?
I ordered an Italian sub at work. The sub looked amazing, took a few bites, opened it and found (what I thought at time) to be a gray curly hair and looked over and saw another one!!I picked it up, to get a closer look, and seems to be a plastic string or wire of some sort with odd green balls attached. So disgusted and praying that I didn’t ingest any, unknowably, before I realized what was in my sub.A refund from DoorDash is simply not enough!!!
I had a veggie sub along with chips +cookie at lunch, great taste.

Is there an option to rate this location with lower than one star? My brother and I went to 44110 Ashburn Village Blvd today for a couple of cold cuts sandwiches. Upon entrance to the establishment we weren't greeted at all. No "Hi, how are you?" Not even a simple "hello". I know its a Sunday, but still, at least have the decency to make the customer feel welcome. We then approached Aidan behind the counter to order. Where at this point he scoffed and it appeared that helping us was just entirely too much to deal with. We ended up choosing to not purchase drinks or chips in an attempt to get out of there sooner. The sandwiches? They don't taste too good when their made with spite and attitude...In short, we 10/10 DO NOT recommend going to this location. Words can't express how blatantly rude Aidan was. Very disappointing. By far the worst Jimmy Johns experience I've ever had. $15.88 down the drain.
Jeremy that works there is a beast! The whole staff is super sweet and kind and works fast! You guys rock!!
Delivery is terrible. Each time I have ordered it has taken over an hour for delivery with items missing from one of them. They have officially lost my business.
Agree with most of the reviews here. This particular Jimmy John's is freaky slow. I've never had a problem with the in store, but my god that delivery is suuuuuper slow.
This place used to be great but I just waited 1 hour and 25min for a sandwich from a place to claims to have freaky fast delivery.
