The restaurant was not as busy as I expected when my husband and I were seated. It took 9 minutes from the time we were seated until we saw our waiter. Since we had the 9 minutes to review the menu we decided to order at that time. 13 minutes later we had our food. The hash browns, which we ordered well done, were almost raw. Our omlets were very good. We had to ask twice for condiments. While eating we watched our server neglect tables until a manager asked him to check on the customers.The womens bathrooms appeared to have not been cleaned since the previous day. Trash cans were overflowing, with trash on the floor as well. I asked my husband to look in on the mens room and he said the same.We were also unable to pay. My husband waited for someone to come to the register then tried to download an app to allow us to pay. Someone finally came to the register 10 minutes later.All in all I am giving 1 star. I believe our waiter wasn't trained in a manner that set him up for success. I also believe the staff at this location can do better.
The meat who mooing, my boi santi didn’t get his hash browns, Andrew and Anthony didn’t get their Buffalo chicken, food was so bad and cold. The eggs came late. my drink without ice came with ice, food was also raw and the fries were way to salty. The waiter didn’t pay much attention to us and even didn’t even listen to the right things we we’re saying, I do not recommend people to come to this place because it is very awful. Again do not come to this place, it is really disappointing and awfully bad.
Food was cold and raw, they got the wrong orders or forgot about our orders, fries were salty, comida guardada. I can’t believe they sell this stuff and a place where a lot of people come to eat with family and friends. This is unbelievable. The food was really bad and unfortunately I hope no one comes to this ihop again because you will regret it. Again don’t come to this ihop because your gonna experience the same things that I went thru.
I have eaten here before and the food is very good but this morning I asked for my eggs to be scrambled soft with American and they were hard my hash Browns were luke warm at best And the bacon was undercooked , When People do not take their job seriously work suffers food suffers the restaurant suffers please do not blame your servers when your food is wrong
the employees are very nice.whenever I make a carryout order in the morning after work the woman at the front counter types the order into the computer correctly and is nice.the food is correctly made and in a timely manner.
We are never disappointed by the high level of service, fair prices and well prepared meals at IHOP. It is fast, convenient and tasty food.
Our waiter was super kind and helpful! Food was excellent too, delivered warm and tasting fresh off the grill.
The young woman that attended on my son and I was so polite. Food came out quickly and everyone had a smile on their face.
Took my kids for breakfast at dinner. Pancakes were delicious as usual. Server was attentive and didn't mind that we decided to add to order as she brought check. Kids are never full! Everything was great!
Some people claim IHOP is bad - but I love it for what it is. A decent restaurant with good prices and great food! Do I eat too much? Maybe... But I always love to try out new things in IHOP - never got disappointed. Their Milkshakes rock
