This place is CLEAN!! Great customer service here, employees are very kind. Food is always fresh!! The general manager Mr. Tran knows how to keep customers happy! Thank you!!!
Update 3/2022I have to lower star rating due to customer service. It's bad enough that you have to pay $11 for a burger, but now they will not even take your order directly. When phoning in an order they are forcing you to use an automated system which does not allow requesting extra lettuce.I tried skipping straight to a live person and they refused to take my order over the phone. I tried to explain that I could not properly register my order on the automated system.Apparently they want you to do an automated order, hang up, and then call back to the store to modify the order?!I am at the restaurant by the time I do all of that. So I just decided to go to Wawa and get a healthy salad instead.Original review :They have gotten better about making your burger and having it close to ready when you arrive. Maybe it's because the place seems to be a ghost town.Tasty burgers, fresh cut fries...5 Guys does seem to be a cut above the rest... If you can afford it.
Five Guys: The place that I crave every single day. I want to eat there EVERY DAY. Their Milkshakes. If you taste one milkshake from ANY Five Guys, You will be stunned, shocked, you will be stuck frozen at how wonderful it is! And don’t get me started on their burger! My personal favorite is the Bacon Cheeseburger. I’m not a sauce guy, and who doesn’t like bacon! The buns are full of sesame seeds, surprisingly sweet, and super soft! The cheese is probably made of unicorn tears that make anything taste wonderful, because by golly the cheese taste good! The bacon is bacon! And who doesn’t like bacon! And the burger, it’s actually so good I can’t explain how good it is!This smiley face is me every time I eat here
Food was good but its overpriced and the credit card machine dosen't work so well. Had to use three different cards until it finally approved the transaction and chip reader is completely malfunctioning.
Great burger. Best fries anywhere. Things are getting more expensive nowadays and they are no different
We visited the Dulles North Louden area in December, and found Five Guys near our hotel. The burgers there are huge and made just the way you want them. They give you tons of fries, but those fries are very greasy.

I ordered my food 20 minutes ahead of time for ASAP pick up that would be ready in 7 minutes, but when I got there they told me 3 minutes and only then started to make my order. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you won’t even acknowledge the orders? That being said, the fries were made really well.
It's expensive and not worth the money. McDonald's tastes better for the buck.
