Great place for sweets. Always fresh. Birthday cakes, ice cream, donuts and doughnuts, coffee. Drive-through is quick. Could be cleaner, floors, seating, bathrooms. Nice people. Quiet. Friendly.
The last several times the food has gotten worse and worse. I have ordered the same thing, sausage, egg, and cheese, the last three times and each time the cheese was not melted at all. Highly disappointed and will no longer be a patron.
Not sure if it's just the mid-afternoon staff but drive-thru experiences have been horrible the past few visits. Last visit, literally just a few cars in line took 15 mins and the employee didn't greet nor apologize for the long wait. I blame mgt for hiring such people. Go to Chick-fil-A and take notes, all their employees treat you like family!
Placed an order on Uber eats and they said they didn't receive it. Even after the person picking it up showed them my placed order. I was charged for it and they were unwilling to help me out or my Uber eats pick up person. Very sad this was for my staff at work :( I spent a chunk of money and got nothing for it.
Worst customer service I ever received. Some cashier's are nasty and rude. They give you the wrong order and get very rude and nasty if you gently and professionally correct them. This happened numerous times with me. I rather driver to a further Dunkin Donuts then to deal some of these guys again.
Always great service.. today I ordered a milk shake, she got the wrong size so decided to up it to a large for free! Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
I visit here to get my Iced Caramel Latte. Boy, many times better than Starbucks. While the place could be a bit cleaner to my liking, the quality of the food is absolutely stunning! If you are going to get it via.a Drive thru you can ignore the non pleasant aesthetics the interior dining space offers. The quality of the food and the care that goes in making your food is something I admire. The staffs are friendly and know what they are doing. Definitely worthy of multiple visits when you are in this area.
Service here was good early in the year but it has declined in recent months. You often need to be vigilant to make sure you get what you ordered. Order ahead can be problematic. They do not have any dairy free options available (did not update the app). The manger was rude and said they did not order any this month. I asked for a refund and got nothing. I will not be returning.
At this particular location, they are scammers. I have been here precisely on Tuesday, February 7, 2022; I want inside to buy coffee. I found later on my bank statements that the lady that was there charged me twice for my order because I didn't take my receipt. That is my last time going there. Be careful when you're going to this kind of place. Worst experience. They unlawfully get my hard-earned money.
I visited three Dunkin's yesterday. I had a coupon that was going to expire. I intended to buy whole bean coffee as I have done for years. None of these locations in my neighborhood had whole beans, only ground coffee packages. In all three locations, I tried to find out if they no longer carried beans. Not one of the employees I spoke with understood my question. The best response I got was being pointed to the display stand with the bags of coffee. They all just stared at me as if I spoke a different language. When I got home I called Dunkin to see where I could buy the beans, if they still sold beans, and if I could get a replacement coupon. Her responses were, "the beans are not required stocking items, it's up to the owner, and no, she would not replace the expiring coupon even if I was willing to pay for shipping online. Horrible treatment from a terrible company.
