Ordered an “iced coffee” that tasted like water. Politely asked the employee working there to make another one and it tasted the exact same. I mentioned something was obviously wrong with the coffee and received a blank stare back. I asked for a refund as the coffee was undrinkable. She didn’t know how. I left as I didn’t have the time to wait for her to call someone on the phone. I would not normally leave a review but I’m cranky without my mid afternoon coffee. . .Edit to add. I do not blame the girl working today. She was clearly poorly trained and should not have been working the store by herself.
I typically LOVE Dunkin donuts but for some reason this store can never be consistent. I ordered a small iced coffee with two cream and a croissant sandwich. The coffee is mostly cream. I cant even taste coffee. The croissant is burnt and hard to bite through. So disappointed and a waste of money.
This is the best Dunkin in Ashburn. Service is always friendly and very fast. Especially in the morning. Always clean always fresh donuts.

Just picked a couple of whole bean coffee bags. This Dunkin' location still carries them but I'm having trouble finding whole beans at other Dunkin' locations.
Such good customer service. And especially someone by the of (Favour) helped me that I was really happy about his service.
Im loving that they are hiring spanish speakers and enjoy the customer service. I just happen to not be able to order because they didn’t know at all what i was saying. At the desk for 10 minutes trying to help them understand i wanted chamomile tea :( management needs to help them during peak hours the line was long and slow. wont return but thnx
I have a large family with 12 kids so when my oldest comes from college and we want a small treat, duckin is the way to go! Its cheap and convenient and I can order two dozen donuts and nobody blinks an eye!
Typical DD, though, the staff has always been friendly with my four year old son when we come up here for a doughnut once or twice per month.Edit: they need to figure out basic logistics. Service is incredibly slow and they prioritize online orders over people in the store.I loathe coming here now.
Took forever to get an order for a customer and while waiting on 1 customer I received an order for another customer however Dunkin Donuts claims the order was picked up and refused to help me any further. Avoid going there if you do not want any issues.
