Wow! This Domino’s franchise location has been consistently bad since we first ordered here over 10 years ago! We waited for our order outside and the app never changed status from prep. Called the store and the guy started yelling at me saying he’s the only one at the store and saying he cannot do everything himself. Raised my blood pressure and ruined the last half of my day by spending money here. What a disappointment and embarrassment to the community. The owner should close this place down permanently as it’s been like this for a while.Update: ordered 5 items. The 3 pizzas all had so little sauce and cheese it tasted like overcooked bread sticks. Even the kids were complaining about it. Such a bad bad experience. Wish we didn’t have pizza for this birthday celebration.
Ordered from this location many times and 3 of the last 5 times they've messed up the order. One time the manger said I would get a free pizza because they messed it so badly. Never happened.My kids like the pizza and boneless chicken so I figured I'd try them again. One pizza was very wrong. Ordered: ham, pepperoni, Italian sausage and green peppers. Received: ham, pepperoni, Italian sausage, tomatoes, olives, red peppers, and one piece of pineapple.I reported the issue through the app and the only options are to receive 20% off an order in the next 30 days, or get one free 2-topping pizza in the next 30 days. The pizza I ordered has more than 2 toppings. Their "make it right order offers" don't take into account delivery fees, taxes, or tips I paid either. Definitely done with this Domino's and will try a different pizza joint next time too.
This Domino’s is crazy good, the crust is delicious and the delivery always super fast.
It’s rare that I give one star but I called 30 minutes until closing and they refused to take my order. I think that just shows how lazy the employees are.
Dominos, please take note of so many of your customers’ reviews and make the necessary changes! Pizza *always* burnt to a crisp and cold.
Pizza was cold and burnt. I specified contactless delivery and my wishes were not met and to top it off when I looked at my bank statement money that I did not authorize from them had been taken from my account
I have been a dominos customer for over 25 years now and tonight I had by far the best customer service experience by the employee Ahad. Not only did he show great customer service but he was also an amazing cook. The food was great and the service amazing! Thank you Ahad
Nick is extremely rude, they had my order wrong, he stated that they are so busy that they cannot correct anything and it is up to me to take it or not. And with the attitude 'I don't care', I have enough orders anyways.
I don’t usually leave reviews but this is messed up. One pizza was almost burnt, the “slices” were terrible and toppings indistinguishable. The other one was actually burnt and the crust too hard
