The best ice cream in ashburn, and indeed probably loudoun county. Great service - the woman who runs it is super kind and even remembers my family's orders.And the ice cream itself is incredible. Sometimes I walk in there not even wanting much at all, but I will walk out with a large blizzard or even two smalls. My favorite dessert to get after a long day
the rudest service. went into DQ, ordered 3 blizzards, one was wrong but the man nicely remade it - but the women who was in the store at the time started out by sitting in a corner, then as the man was making our order decided to try and have him start some busy work. she checked us out and we had asked for lids on our blizzards, she then decided to let me know i should tell them prior to ordering because that way they won’t fill them as much. she was having trouble putting a lid on one (without gloves this entire time, plus when charging my card and touching product) she asked me to put the lid on mine. she then decided to get frustrated with me after i had placed the lid and decided to tell me that “i didn’t understand what she was saying and how i was wrong” about placing a lid on the top of a cup. incredibly rude staff, will not be back.

This classic dairy Queen is going to bring back all of the stuff that you need in order to have a wonderful dairy Queen experience. Sure the food is you know quick and fast and not necessarily gourmet but let me tell you about this amazing ice cream they have it is just wonderful it's just soft serve amazingness. My go-to is a swirl cone dipped in chocolate. Blizzards are so good it's even better when they flip it upside down before they hand it to you. And the milkshakes yum
The food was ok, but they did not give us nearly any fries for the price we paid, very disappointing.
Very good just all of there ice cream
I'm probably biased, haha, but this is my favourite location when it comes to ice cream. Been to various other DQs in the region, also in independent ice cream parlours but somehow this location is 'the one'. The staff here are also nice, young people who are always polite and just...sweet.If there's one area of criticism: customer lavatories should be tidier. It is highly expected (well, hopefully?) that a lot of people will wash their hands before buying their treats, and on occasions the facilities are in a bit of a state.
