The rate at which they make the ice cream displays mismanagement and incompetence. Expect to be standing in the crowded store for quite a while if you order here
Ordered delivery for waffle bowl (and paid extra) on two separate days and both times they only sent the ice cream. Second time it happened we called them about it and they said it was because they ran out. So they ran out and didn't bother to call about substitution/refund and still charged us the full amount. Twice in a row. We're done ordering from this location.
First time and definitely not my last. Can't wait to bring the rest of the family here
Welcome to Bob's Burgers! That is what you hear when you walk into this Cold Stone. No, hello or how can we help you. You get the court jester treatment from two most immature boys working behind the counter. As you and your child are making your selections you once again get to enjoy the commentary from the crew about how unhealthy their product is. What a truely aweful experience. The best part of the story is that the manager was right in the back and did not care one bit. My family used to enjoy going to this location but not anymore.

Came in with my little sister yesterday. 4 girls were working at the time and they were soo sweet, +ice cream was amazing. definitely would come again?
-1 star as they close at 9 on Sunday evening, during spring. Could be crowded sometimes. Like you can order and pay online and just pick up at the store, very convenient. Staff is usually friendly.
The guy name Anthony is very rude when I asked for the order he said he doesn’t know goo look yourself I can’t help with it , his co worker was listening and she said I am sorry but I’ll help you with that order that was good service by store other co worker buy Anthony was very rude
I ordered plain chocolate ice cream and they gave me chocolate ice cream with peanuts and gummy bears mixed in and the ice cream was watery!
