Pickup service in this location is horrible. Halfway home the bag ripped. And literally everything spilled and made a huge mess in my car. People who work at this location have issues closing lids properly. I wish I could rate this area 0 stars because 1 star seems too generous. The quantity is less as well and not worth the money.
Very poor service. Took over 30 minutes AFTER I arrived late to pick up my order. The staff does not speak nicely to customers. After repeated poor service, I stopped coming here and happily drive further to a Chipotle that has better service.
Ordered via app to skip the long lines, probably should have waited in line, my to go salad bowl was barely half full. Was able to pickup my order 5 mins prior to ETA though.
This restaurant can’t seem to get orders correct. Portions are VERY small. You ask for extra black beans/ cheese etc. and you get what most people would consider a normal portion. Cheese sauce is hardly warm and gelatinous. I get it. Times are hard but cutting back on portions and keeping your prices the same?? No thank you. Adios Chipotle
This Chipotle is the worse. We use to frequent this location however today we left three bowls on the counter. We asked for a LITTLE extra rice and was told they they could only give one spoon a a serving size. The employee got smart after asked, " when did giving a little extra rice stop?" He replied, "2019!" There was no need for that. We will take our money elsewhere. Rice is one of the less expensive food. We
This is by far, consistently the worst chiptole I order from. This chipotle skimps on portions, regularly adds meat and dairy to vegetarian bowls, and let's their food get cold before serving. The first time it happened, I didn't mind as everyone has off days. The second time it happened, I was a but annoyed with the quality. But the third time is the last. I will be going to the sterling location in the future. It is far superior, and you'd be wise to do so as well.
Never order from here online. They do not take orders the way they are written. I asked for extra cheese and extra rice. Got the Normal amount of both if not less. They think because we don’t see them make it they can get away with it. Lazy employees. Hire people who actually know how to do their job and read.
Don’t get me wrong I love chipotle, I’ve never had an issue this the food.My complain in on the crew working hereI’ve been a costumbre of this location for years now. I always place orders for me and my co-workers.Today 2/3/22 I placed an order online as always. I went to pick it up at 1:20pm. There was a lady ahead of me waiting for her order . I could see a lady back line, we’re the online orders are processed. She had a small table next to her with a bunch of other orders ready to go. The lady that was In front of me grabbed her order form that small table and left . I could see my order there too, so I went ahead and grab it. Tell me why the lady packing the orders (I do not know her name, I asked and she refused to give it to me, she said they were not allow to give their names ) she hold on to my order and she said “ you can’t take, you have to wait”Wait for what? My order is ready, I paid for it and I see my name on it so what is the waiting for?I guess she had to put the orders on the stand, but she was so busy wasting time talking to her co-workers that forgot to do her job right and place all of the orders were they are supposed to be.
Terrible service.waited over an hour for them to cancel our order without compensation. Called in and manager just hung up.
horrible experience whenever i go here;online ordering:food takes forever for 4 bowls, somehow they’re always backed up or short staffed and they have a long line of people waiting for their food and this one time i ordered at 1pm and the estimated time was 1:35. i ended up getting a refund because i arrived at the chipotle at 2pm and it wasn’t ready.in person ordering:went here today, service is so bad, you are better off eating literally anywhere. i ordered 4 bowls and the lady wouldn’t understand a single thing and she would literally slack off she would joke w her employees etc while i’m talking to her. she didn’t understand a single thing and she was so slow with everything and WATCH OUT FOR THE BILL BEFORE PAYING the cashier rang me up an additional 10 dollars “by accident” because he apparently believed we got double meat on all bowls even though all bowls were veggie??? lack of communication and not working efficiently define this restaurant. i love chipotle don’t get me wrong but this branch makes me wanna think twiceps- you probably will get diarrhea due to the unhygienic food here
