This is the only chipotle I ever go to and never have problems but had one of the worst experiences ever today. I order my bowl online and picked it up, took it home and sat at the dining table. I start eating and mid way I bite into something really hard, I spit out my food to see what it is. There was pieces of broken glass in bowl…. So many questions! First how does that even happen? Second how is it in my bowl? I’ve never been the one to ever leave a review but this is literally a lawsuit waiting to happen. Luckily I’m someone who chews my food and only bit into it. I could’ve swallowed it or have my mouth cut up. Terrible experience
The Belmont Chase location in Ashburn always has awesome flavor and gives you what you expect from Chipotle, however, it takes FOREVER to get your food. If you’re in a hurry, I would choose something else.
I've frequent this location many times over the last 4 years. It seems like it has gone completely downhill. Online orders are never on time but today was horrible. Placed an order for pickup at 6:50. Waited for 30 minutes watching others walk in and place an order through the line and leave. Went up to the counter and a staff member said their system went down. Somehow my order wasn't there but they had charged my card. One staffer told me to get in line which had grown almost out the door. The online order prep line was jumping to different orders that had just been placed while orders for 6:30 were not being made. There was no manager on duty that they said went home. Nobody was in charge to rectify the current situation. Couldn't get a refund either. Will not be going back to this location for a while.
Yikes! Everything was filthy from tables to floor to the prep counters. The grill was black and crusty, and most of the food option containers were empty and basically burnt with remnants of what was in them stuck to the bottoms.There was no white rice, and they said the next batch wouldn’t be ready for 20 minutes. I ordered a cheese quesadilla, which they ended up reluctantly accommodating only after telling me quesadillas, specifically, should be pre-ordered online in the future because cooking them would cause the building line behind me to back up. I found this an odd suggestion, as they could have alternately considered bringing a second employee to help maintain the food service line given there were about 6 others standing around in the back (obviously not cleaning or restocking food anyway).The food was overcooked and overpriced given what they delivered, the general filth and state of the establishment was concerning, and the customer service was uncomfortably wretched.I wish I could go back 45 minutes and choose to go elsewhere. Unfortunately, the experience cannot be un-had. Again, yikes. Don’t recommend visiting this location if you’re concerned with sanitation, cleanliness or quality food.
This chipotle is honestly pretty bad. The veggies are almost always under cooked. Last time i literally got what looked like a whole pepper , and it was flavorless and under cooked. The chicken is hit or miss, sometimes it’s really good others time it has no flavor. I’m an avid chipotle fan so trust me when I say this one is never that good. I usually go to a different location because of the inconsistency of this one
This place was severely understaffed, and very dirty. My wife ordered a bowl and they put brown guacamole on her bowl. When we went to check out the counter near the register was so dirty and the manager or cashier didn’t even care to clean it up. This place is disgusting we will only visit the other ashburn location moving forward!!!!!
Serving for tacos not big enough pork looked not good dry. My kids said it was bad. The Chipotle in Reston town center is one of the best in the area.
No carnitas in this burrito don’t bother
I am only giving this one star because I have to. I have never felt so disrespected by a Chipotle staff member. Portions are also terrible!!! DO NOT give your business here. I speak spanish and listened as the employees bad mouthed my daughter and I. Very disappointing...
Something about this place reminds me of a mess hall. I can understand being busy but cleaning as you go is not what they do well. I was clearly distracted by the kid/employee drinking a soda at the cash register while checking me out. Then that clown was in the bathroom supposed to be cleaning it but was on his phone. Didn't even offer to leave so I could use it.
