I have eaten at this location approximately six times and all but one time have I actually received what I ordered. I asked for a 12 count chicken nugget meal large today and was informed at the order box they only had 5 and 8 count meals(which I’ve had this happen before). Another time I ordered a spicy deluxe with pepper jack cheese and the lady read it back exactly as I had ordered and all that I had received was a regular spicy chicken sandwich with pickles. So I ordered the 8 count meal upon opening the box there was only 3 actual nuggets and the rest were scraps. I love Chick-fil-A and have been to locations all over the US, however this one by far is the worst.
The drive-thru policy at this Chik-fil-A is very stupid. If the guy in front of you places a big order, you basically get stuck in line even after you receive your food. They hold everybody up saying "Oh he hasn't received his food yet." I don't understand why they can't tell the person to move to the parking area right beside the drive thru. Instead they make EVERYBODY wait which creates a huge bottleneck. When I suggested that they should just get the guy in front to move to the side, the lady quickly ran away and pretended not to hear. Apparently this is REAL problem people have routinely complained about.
First time at this CFA and my experience was amazing. Employees were extremely attentive, and multiple times they opened doors for me and my kids with my stroller, they took my trash, and waved and talked to my daughter. Id travel to this location just for the phenomenal service! Thank you

So, I come here a lot. However, today was the first time ever that I had to cancel my Chick Fil A order due to a long wait and the fact of how busy it was. They were extremely busy, like you had people standing waiting for mobile orders, folks sitting down, the drive thru was down past Red Robin. One of the staff said they were very backed up. Yes, I could see that. They also continue to experience staffing shortages at this location. Food usually always good, but I won't wait 40 minutes for Chick Fil A. Word of advice, try to avoid coming here on Saturday afternoons around 130p after all the games from the morning conclude.You will be waiting a very, very long time. Head to one of the other locations.
Best Chick Chick-fil-A location I ever visit. Staff was prompt to take order. Food was very quick even though there was long line both at the counter and drive thru. Eating in experience was almost regular restaurent with lovely table set up. Family friendly with a little play ground for kids.
This location is usually busy during lunch/dinner time but they move quickly. The staff is very friendly and courteous. You can order ahead and pick up through the drive thru or in person. The food is the same at every location. One thing to note about this one is to check your order if you have many items. Multiple times we had food missing and one time we got an extra sandwich. Either way, you don't want to find out when you get home. During my last visit, the lettuce was bad in one of the sandwiches and the ice cream cone had a part of another cone inside; so I ate a piece of paper. ?
Friendly, Fast, Fresh food that tasted amazing. Some of these restaurants are pretty mismanaged, but this one in particular was very good.
