My experience here has never not been perfect! This is my go-to Chinese restaurant. Everything is great. Food is phenomenal. Customer service is amazing!
The workers here are amazing. My friend works her and her work is 10/10. 100% recommend she’s kinda emo though lol
ordered crispy szechuan beef was delivered something else. Manager gave me a hard time and was very rude as if he didn't care. i was told i had to pay more to get what ordered was delivered. i highly recommended NEVER giving this place a dime!
The bubble tea was good the customer service was wonderful. They have many things on the menu, mainly Chinese food. Bubble tea boba, milk tea, smoothies. Inside they are set up for you to order at the counter and then go sit down and they will bring you your food. This is a change from how they used to do it but it works great and the menu is displayed very large above the counter for you to make your choices ask and they will guide you if you have any questions.
This place can be very hit or miss. If you’re looking for a quick lunch, this place is great, but we’ve found the food is prepared inconsistently, some days it’s cooked to perfection, some days not so much. But for the Ashburn area, this is one of the better “quick takeout” places for us…
I ordered Wonton Soup, Kung Pao Chicken, Spare ribs, and Chicken Lomein. it was all average at best. Don't usually get a heavily sauces BBQ Spareribs from Chinese restaurant. The Kung Pao was rubbery. Wonton was decent but overall this place is a 2/5. Order somewhere else if your interested in the items I mentioned.
The owner is very kind here. Food is always hot and taste amazing. The staff is very friendly as well. Amazing place to eat.

The Kung Pao Chicken was great. Most places have been a disappointment but Chau's does it right. The chicken was well flavored and cooked, with a good balance of garnish and peanuts to balance it out. I'm glad I trusted the other reviewers and ordered it. I gave it four stars since the overall friendliness and hospitality of the cashier was just average... [UPDATE] Changed to 5 stars for better staff and service. Also the Beef and Broccoli was very tasty. The broccoli was prepared very well, and cooked perfectly. I will most definitely order it again.
Taiwanese style fried chicken, crispy beef (sauce on the side), fried chicken wings and Singapore style mein foon (noodles) are my all time favorite. Noodles are not in the pic.
