I used the drive thru.Was not able to order online until they opened at 6am.Order was correct.They included 3 creams and 2 Splenda for the coffee, which is OK. But McDo puts it in the coffee for you. So I had to stop and prep the coffee before driving.
My husband and I went to this Burger King for lunch yesterday. I ordered the chicken fries with sweet and sour sauce. When I got the sauce it felt really light to me. And when I opened it, it was just about empty. I ended up just throwing the sauce away because I didn’t trust it. I wasn’t sure if someone might of messed around with it and sealed it back up or if someone at the manufacture company was just being lazy. Either way I was not taking that chance.
I think this BK is just circling the drain and isn't busy enough to keep fresh food prepared. I love BK (when it is properly prepared) but this place always blows it when I give them another chance. The meat is always cold. The bread is ALWAYS stale and crumbly. The food preparation is careless and haphazard. I got a chicken sandwich the other day and it had one, tiny, wilted lettuce leaf on it, almost like I was being pranked somehow. To add insult to injury, BKs in this area are CRAZY expensive. Whatever discretion they have to raise prices they definitely jump on. There is a McD next door that is always super busy, but never anyone at this BK. It's a real shame, because I do prefer the food, but if you are going to charge me Five Guys prices for sloppy work, cold meat and stale buns, why would I not just go to Five Guys and have none of those problems?

Terrible customer service from the middle eastern guy working at the front and the drive through who I assume was the manager on duty. Terrible customer service never eating at burger king again.
The worst burger
Order totally wrong. When we went in to get it corrected they charged us for the difference of price even though they made the mistake. Nope!
Ordered Burger King Ch'king chicken sandwich in the drive thru for lunch. Luckily, waited until I got home to eat it and found major mold on the bun. Surprise! Returned to Burger King and show it to the manager. Her response was " would you like me to make another sandwich". My reply No! because it may be from the same batch of buns. She replied sorry we do not do refunds ( not even to mention my gas to return the sandwich). I was disappointed with the offer and resolution. How many other customers had mold on their sandwiches. I bet at least a dozen or more. Check your sandwich! So scratch the Burger King Ch'king and future stops off my list for lunch. Ordered through the app to pick up in the drive-thru. They asked me to wait in the front and I waited for over half an hour just to get my food. Always good food but just really disappointed in this experience.
