I had hamburger medium well done. It was too dry. My kids had medium rare which were better.I have to give another try for better review.
Review for burgers only. Long wait times and the food isn’t worth the price at all. Fries are mediocre straight out of a frozen package at shoppers. Had the shroom burger. While looking pretty good, the burger had absolutely no flavor to it all. Not sure how they prepared it but it was lackluster despite using wagyu beef as advertised. Will not be back and better off at 5 guys.
Favorite burger place. I always add a note to go light on the salt, as sometimes it's too salty. Tex mex burger and a side of fries is delicious, though all the burgers I've tried are good. Highly recommend
I actually haven't been to Burger 21 before but I am a big burger fan.I had sweet potato fries with my burger. Overall was cooked well but was lacking flavor and was a bit dry.Glad I tried Burger 21 but probably would not return.
Burgers, fries, and shakes are all top notch. You pay a little extra but it's with it IMHO. Pro tip, ask for half and half fries if you can't decide on regular or sweet potato. Both are awesome!!!
Location location location.. It's the worst. Unless you are a resident of this community, good luck with parking... You can use the parking deck I suppose, but why would I want to do that to grab a quick burger.Bring your walking shoes.Its basically a 5 Guys knockoff, but not as good.Expensive burger place without the convenience or quality. 5 guys burgers are bigger and better. 5 guys fries are not frozen, they are cut fresh from potatoes. Burger 21 taste like they've been frozen and thawed out. And 5 guys doesn't hit you up for a tip at checkout, at least they didn't last time I was there.This is closer to my house, but with 5 guys a mile further away, I find little reason to return here.In addition, I just discovered there's a Red Robin on the other side of the home depot, which is also a much better option, if you're not pressed for timeAlso, a Wayback burger near the HD with easier access and parking.(Can't believe this many gourmet burger places within a block of each other!)
I went there for lunch asked the guy no Mayo or any cheese or milk products due to me being lactose intolerant. They made my hamburger 2x w some white sauce. Very Dissapointed ruined my lunch and now I have to go back to work with out eating anything ?
The food is absolutely delicious. They have vegitaian veggie burgers such as beyond meat and black bean burgers. The fries are out of this world too!! The place is clean, the staff is friendly, would highly recommend :D
Had a wonderful lunch here with family recently. Helpful and patient staff, especially since we had questions and a large order. The sweet potato and regular fries were great, especially with all the different sauces they offered. I loved the Thai ketchup, ranch, Rajun Cajun, and chipotle mayo, but then again all the sauces they had were fantastic. Our Oreo shake was thick and was perfect with our meal. The burgers were great, although I thought maybe the buns could use a light toast to give them a softer and crisp texture, but I'm nitpicking at this point. Clean and well maintained restrooms, and I like the hand washing station in the dining area. Overall, great experience at Burger 21.
