food was good.place was empty.The food took a little while to get to us but we didn't have anything else to do that afternoon we were no rush.
Make sure you double check your to-go order three times because they consistently get it wrong. I’ve been coming here since I was little and every year the wings get more expensive and the service gets worse.

Went in for a late lunch. Horrible service, waited good 10 minutes for someone to take our order after hunting for help. We looked around & the restaurant was not busy at all. Wonder why the below par service.It was our first time & asked for suggestions. Waitress A, looked annoyed said “everything is good. It all depends on what you’re in the mood for” Wow!! that answer definitely took us by surprise. Reading the the other reviews made me feel we should ask for suggestions. We were so WRONG.We then waited a really long while for the food to arrive. I had to ask “is our food ready yet”?!Definitely doesn’t help going here if you’re hungry and need faster service.Definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.*update 6/22/22We decided to give this place a second try and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Our server, Lexi V was phenomenal ??. The food was super delicious. Lexi recommended a few menu items & we loved everything!! The cheese fries are a MUST!
New to the area, we stumbled across this gem by accident, and I’m glad we did! Our server Ben was TOP NOTCH, I naturally go through drinks quickly but that wasn’t a problem at all for Ben. Not even once was I or my family without a drink which is very uncommon. We ordered wings tonight, smothered in their amazing sauces. The sauce was very generously covering the wings so much so that I was able to dip some fries in as well!Overall very impressed, food was fantastic but more importantly the hospitality from the manager and Ben was well received. We will no doubt be back!
I'm not even sure where to start. I ordered a chef salad that was really really good that was it. After that we had ordered the boneless wings I like hot things so I got the hottest sauce that they had to offer which was a fiery garlic parmesan. It tasted like they mixed butter with Texas Pete and tossed in some Parmesan. Absolutely awful. The chicken tasted like it was frozen and then fried. All around just a disappointing experience. My coworker got a 10-piece wing and said they were the smallest wings he's ever seen and the hot Caribbean sauce was mild at best.
First time here we thought, how bad can it be. Ordered an appetizer salad which was basically a side salad, great taste but for $10!? Kids nuggets were okay, we also ordered bone-in wings that cost $16 for 10! I am blown away at the prices here for below average food. Wings were super dry, had to send them back. The staff was friendly but we definitely won’t be back.
Buffalo wing factory is the place to get wings. Hard stop!But if you haven't tried the fingers you are missing out. Try them with the spicy honey mustard. You won't be disappointed.
I’ve been coming to the Buffalo wing factory since 2001. They used to have $.75 wings at one point.There’s been three or four times where I’ve ordered wings for pick up and they’ve come with zero buffalo wings sauce. Just fried wings, now that’s how it happened over maybe 15 years, but who won the world orders buffalo wings without sauce?They’ve almost doubled their prices since Covid. Today I tried to order 15 Wings and it was almost $30.For less much money I could get a steak and Crabcakes at bonefish.When they actually put buffalo sauce on their wings they are pretty tasty. But I think I’m done with them. Too expensive for BUFFALO WINGS!
