Chinese Taiwanese Noodles

The two stars were just for the quick service. But the food we ordered (Xiao long bao and chicken dumpling) were so unimpressive that three of us couldn't even finish the two small plate. The flavor was off and bland, and the flour wrap was too thick.

#22 Japanese Miso Ramen with Pork. Although I lived in Japan for two (2) years and tasted authentic Japanese ramen before, I did not get the same experience as when I attempted to eat the ramen at Young Yang Street. I know the smell of miso. The dish is overpowered by the smell and taste of pork. Pork that was not tender. That was my experience! Yours will be different!

The food was fine. We ordered Taiwanese beef, Thai tea and house fried rice. Server was nice.

We enjoyed the pork and vegetable fried dumplings, combination fried rice and chicken Singapore noodles. Everything was hot, flavorful and well seasoned. There was a good balance in textures between starches, veggies and meats. Will return.

We decided to eat here while in Fashion Center. The people were extremely nice. A bit pricey for what you get but it is Arlington. I ordered house fried rice and my wife Hong Kong Pork and Shrimp noodles. She said that the soup was really good and flavorful. It was nothing special about my fried rice. It wasn’t bad but didn’t stand out as being above average either. I would go back and try something different next time.

I got the sesame noodles with bbq pork. It looked great, but the meat was just alright and the noodles tasted quite bland. I didn’t even bother finishing half of it and it was nearly $15. Maybe their other items taste better, but I wouldn’t recommend this place compared to other food court options at the mall.

The beef in the beef noodle is very good. Soup is a big salted, pork dumplings was okay, it’s a brilliant idea to separated each of dumplings however each dumpling is easily stick with the plate and not hot enough when you eat it. The spicy wonton is just alright. Overall, it’s a good place to visit at the mall.

The true definition of a slurp shop. No matter what you order, it's almost always a hit. Definitely the best place to eat at the mall.

Amazing food and very nice customer service!!! Worth the price!!!

First of all, the menu looks delicious. It would be fun to try try them all while shopping at Tourneau Fashion Centre. Definitely loved the beef noodles (牛肉面) and BBQ Rice (叉烧饭).No need to try those restaurants outside on the street. For example, Matchbox charged "market price" at $39 for chicken wings, which would be easily found at Chinese/Asian restaurants no more than $10.
