Cashier was very rude, when asked about the bigge deal she just looked at us like we didn't know what we were asking. Then when one of the works hand us a bag and we went to take it she was yelling that's not yours even though it was handed to us. Place was a mess almost fell in the bedroom they just mopped it, seem like way to much soap used. Complain but, never heard from anyone.
Food with fun, the taste of their food items were too good.
Finally someone in drive thru who can take my order and not mess it up! Now can we get more of this? Doing much better with the new workers. Will come back.
I said no ice. Why buy a medium drink when I get 90% ice? Maybe buy your workers Rosetta Stone.
Gave it a year, tried them again. Repeated my order to them 3 times, they still got it wrong. I've met 12 year olds that are more competent.

I wouldn’t add photos but situation in a men’s restroom was absolute catastrophe. And nobody cared though the location was empty, there were few customers. The soap was with a strong smell of rubber which distracted from food. They forgot to put tomato in my big bacon classic. They took simple 3 piece order for like 15 minutes, two associate, they switched at some point. Find better wendy’s
This has to be one of the worst Wendy's I've ever eaten at and they also owe me an order of four piece nuggets. Inconsistent quality as I've been there three times because when I come out from work late at night there's no other food option and at the same time they would either miss an item or they would not fulfill a special request for burger or any sandwich that they have.
Excellent, friendly service. The food was exactly how we expected it and we really enjoyed it. Their $1 donation for future Jr frosties is appreciated as well. I've started using the app for coupons which came in handy also.
Traffic and the intersection are a headache. The parking lot is always double parked with folks coming in from all sides. Exiting into traffic or the side street light is just as much fun. There’s always someone trying to game the drive thru line. But all in all, Wendy’s frosties are worth it.
