I only go to this wendys most of the time because I live across the street. But these people are so incompetent I usually go in the morning or right when they start serving lunch I've been 1 time in the evening and the food was good. But day shift staff need to get it together. My food is always wrong and then when I go back its still wrong (this happened 3 times) Fries are NEVER fresh (All the time). Alot of staff have a hard time understanding English. 2 times already I have to ask for someone fluent in English. Today I went for a jr. Fry, a lemonade and a small cup of hot water they didn't give me the cup of hot water so I told the guy at the window "I asked for hot water" so he gave me ice cold water ?. I said "sir, I said hot water" he said "this one is free" I said so "hot water isn't free"? Then he had to step away I guess ask someone when he came back he gave me a small cup of cold water in a coffee cup. So I'm pretty sure after today I won't be back ill drive to another wendys.
Cashier Kau was super rude. I ask in English what sauces do you have available since my dog doesnt eat sauces and I ne er order nuggets and he anwers "we have salt...pepper everything we have everything".in a sarcastic voice.In the window he says to his coworker "This woman wanted me to tell her everything we had, what the hell she thinks" but he said it in SPANISH!!! I then tell her Gracias with my native puertorrican accent. The coworker died laughing realizing I'm Latina too.We hispanics can do better, you can do better Kau. I WAS a polite customer. I hope you get a memo. You are an embarassment to our fellow latinos.
Usually good service at Wendy's but not this last visit. Cheeseburger I ordered was old, Cheese was hard on edges and bun wasn't soft. Ordered and paid for LARGE fries and got a kids size. Didn't check the food before I left so that's on me I guess.
Pull up to drive thru guy comes.over speaker and was pleasant and with a warm greeting. I place my order: #1Double no mayo no onions with a coke. All is good and right in the world. Till I try the "coke" for the first time as I am already now almost to work. It taste like it WANTS to be coke but it most certainly isn't. It taste as if someone has mixed in some sort of perfume in it to try and save some money or something. Complete trash...SHAME ON YOU WENDY'S ON COLOMBIA PIKE..SHAME.
I have to say that it is really a shame that fast food restaurants have great chicken sandwiches however they are ruined when the chicken is over cooked. Chicken is very delicate and can be overcooked very easily.
I liked it so much, the 4 for $4, burger with bacon, nuggets, French fries and coke.
Their Big Mac was amazing but I wanted a side of fries and I got YELLOW FRIES!!!!! So I went to the court room and sued Wendy’s for making the fries yellow instead of white with green spots. I also wanted an icecream sandwich but their deep fryer was broken. So I sued them again and the manger said I was a Karen BUT SIR THAT IS NOT MY NAME AND MY NAME IS JUDY AND IM A LITTLE MOODY ABOUT THIS.
I went here to get my food tonight on January 4 after waiting 20 minutes in the lane I asked him just to upgrade just to large real quick this dude rush me out of the line and I don’t even give me my drink very rude and I would love that corporate number because it was awful slam in the window on my face and I was paying customer I have on video
