Seems like this place has pretty much converted to a ghost kitchen. They seemed confused that I was coming in as a regular customer and not an ubereats delivery person. The inside has been converted to a catering assembly line, and the bathrooms are closed for unclear reasons. Weird vibe if you're a traditional customer.
Ordered thru Doordash, got maybe 70% of the order. Food was mediocre-bad too. Wouldn't recommend unless you just want a quick smoothie.

Good smoothies
Food was alright, but they were really slow. How many minutes you really need for wrap and flatbread? Not 20 for sure.
Tropical Smoothie Café offers a wide selection of smoothies, including lots of "healthy" options, and tasty wraps (the hummus wrap is a good option for vegetarians). Prices are fair for the quality and quantity of food ($12 or so for a lunch special of a wrap and a smoothie), and service is pretty quick, even during the lunch rush. Tried a few different kinds of smoothies and liked them all. The fruitier ones were especially fresh and refreshing on warm summer days.
This is the second time this has happened to me; my smoothie had pieces of PLASTIC in it. I kept having to spit the plastic out while drinking the smoothie, I couldn’t even finish it. This tropical smoothie (Virginia Square location) is the only location I’ve had this issue with. The other locations I’ve been to don’t have this issue. I shouldn’t be having pieces of plastic in my smoothie, especially after all the money I’ve spent here. I’m writing this review because I don’t want this to happen to someone else. I won’t be returning to this location for this reason.
I like the smooties and wraps, but this location always acts confused about pickup orders. Literally everytime I come in here they have to have a conversation among themselves to figure it out. This most recent time, I waited almost 20 mins once I got to the store, and watched 5 people who ordered after me get their smoothies. I only ordered one smoothie off the menu. Not sure who runs this place, but they need some help.
No integrity. Just ordered on door dash and received a slopped together, overly loaded, quesadilla. Disgusting
