I eat a lot of ice cream. This place was great. Love finding the hidden local gems. Staff was super friendly too! Will be coming back.

Came to order the orange smoothie. They were out of orange juice. Evan went above and beyond by going next door to Walgreens and buying the missing ingredients. Customer service 100%. Very impressed!
Toby's is a fantastic business. The workers are so friendly and so nice to every customer. It is extremely kid friendly. The selection of flavors is very extensive. I recommend Toby's to anyone who enjoys a cold treat!
Horrible customer service with rude employees serving average ice cream at best. Short guy with white baseball cap should be fired on the spot (got real quiet when I confronted him). Attention owner, read the reviews, seems like a recurring theme with this one employee. Establishments with this kind of customer service deserve to fail!

Great ice cream. Hit and miss on the weekdays if they will be open in the evening. Several trips over only to arrive and have it closed several hours prior to their posted closing. Call before you go.
All these Karens in the reviews complaining about masks can calm down. This place is wonderful, has great ice cream, and supports local teenagers who are saving for college!
Second time I’ve come and hours are open and they are not. It’s not close for me so the inconvenience is not worth it
Wonderful, old-fashioned, homemade ice cream at a fair price. Butter pecan is my favorite, but other choices often tempt me.
